EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing possibilities of shaping process without lowering quality of corrugated sheets having corrugations of different contour and size and made from chrome-nickel-titanium steel.

Предлагаемое изобретение относится к обработке металлов давлением, в частности к производству листовых холодногнутых профилей проката. Задача изобретения - расширение технологических возможностей процесса профилирования без снижения уровня качества гофрированных листов с гофрами различной конфигурации и размеров, изготовляемых из хромоникельтитановой стали. Предлагаемый способ заключается в последовательном по проходам формообразовании гофров, начиная от середины полосы, и контакта ее по всей ширине с валками в последнем проходе и отличается тем, что краевые участки полосы во всех проходах, кроме двух последних, освобождают от контакта с верхними валками, а центральный большой гофр после завершения его формообразования - от контакта с обоими валками, при этом формообразование малых трапециевидных гофров, смежных с большим гофром, начинают одновременно с образованием ступенек у основания этого гофра и образовавшиеся малые трапециевидные гофры последовательно переформовывают в полукруглые.The present invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure, in particular to the production of cold-rolled sheet metal profiles.
