Изобретение позволяет предупредить опасность развития синдрома редислокации и рецидивов в послеоперационном периоде и снизить неврологический дефект, что достигается промыванием полости гематомы в условиях повышенного гидродинамического давления раствором, содержащим тромбин, и обработкой полости лазерной энергией с последующим введением в нее лекарственной смеси, содержащей фибриноген, тромбин и контрикал, а визуальный контроль этапов осуществляют с помощью жесткого эндоскопа.
