Abstract
The invention will be applied to medicine, namely, to clinical and especimenal orthography. The purpose of the invention is close to the clinical course due to the completeness of the morphological picture. The method consists in inserting a crushed bone-exostus shavings with a 2% Novocain solution into the joint space using a needle and syringe. The method allows to model the destructive-dystrophic process in a large joint in laboratory animals, which is confirmed by radiographic and pathologic pathologies.
Description
The invention relates to the field of medicine and is intended for use in experimental orthopedics in the study of destructive-degenerative changes occurring in the articular cartilage.
The aim of the invention is to approach the clinical course due to the completeness of the morphological picture.
The method is carried out as follows.
Pre-prepare bone-exasteal shavings by grinding it to a diameter of about 0–5 mm. Then, under sterile conditions, a 20–30% coot – exostus suspension is prepared with a 2% solution of novocaine. I process it thoroughly; 5% iodine of the knee joint, 5-10 ml of the prepared suspension are injected into the joint gap with a syringe and Dufot needle. After that, the needle is removed and, having treated the site of introduction with iodine, they impose an aseptic dressing

Обрабатывают йодом место введени и накладывают асептическую пов зку .Example A male rabbit, aged 8 months, weighing 2100 g, tires, is treated with a 5% solution of iodine. Novocain. Puncture of the knee joint is performed with a Dyufo needle and 8.0 ml of suspension is injected. The site of administration is treated with iodine and an aseptic dressing is applied.
The proposed method allows a thorough study of the processes occurring in the pulp, bone-cartilage and suture-joint apparatus of the joints at various stages of development and course of the process within 24 months.
Changes in the joint clinopentric radiographically and pathologically typical for destructive-dystrophic processes
