SUBSTANCE: method of forming-drawing articles from sheet material comprises steps of acting upon a sheet blank by a rigid die, placed in a container over a material to be deformed; using as the material to be deformed a pack of sheet blanks, having a height of its charging portion H, equal to one and half of diameter of the blank; combining a formation of a hollow article by applying contact pressure, acting upon a lateral surface of the blank pack at a side of an inner wall of the container in a zone of its narrowing at height Hnar, being no more, than the diameter of the blank with changing of an outer diameter of the blank from the above mentioned diameter up to a diameter of its flanged portion in such a way, that a total height of the blank pack H Hand an angle of inclination of a generatrix of a cone surface of the blank pack in the zone of the container narrowing are being determined according to relations: H= H ch + Hnar = (2.0-2.5) Do and a= arctg (Do-Dfl)/2Do, where α- a angle of inclination of a lateral surface of the blank pack relative to its axis in the narrowing zone; Do- an initial diameter of the blank; Dfl - an outer diameter of the flanged portion; H ch - a height of the blank pack in the charging zone of the container; H- a total height of the blank pack; H nar - a height of the blank pack in the narrowing zone. Изобретение относится к листовой штамповке и может быть использовано в самолето-, судостроении и в других отраслях машиностроения при изготовлении листовых изделий сложных форм. Технический результат, достигаемый при использовании предложенного технического решения, заключается в повышении производительности штамповки полых листовых изделий за счет устранения операции по разглаживанию деформирующегося металла, при этом исключаются операции по обрезке фланца заготовки, а также в расширении технологических возможностей штамповки деталей сложных форм за счет устранения застойной (мертвой) зоны пластичного металла в надфланцевой части заготовки и в повышении КИМ за счет устранения фестонообразования во фланце при вытяжке изделия. Для этого в способе штамповки-вытяжки изделий из листового металла, осуществляемом путем воздействия жесткой матрицей на листовую заготовку, расположенную в контейнере над деформирующимся материалом, предложено в качестве деформирующегося материала использовать пакет листовых заготовок с высотой его загрузочной части Hзагр от одного до полутора диаметров заготовки Д0, а формирование полого изделия сопровождать контактным давлением на боковую поверхность пакета заготовок со стороны внутренней стенки контейнера в зоне его сужения на высоте Hсyж не менее диаметра заготовки Д0 с изменением наружного диаметра заготовки от Д0 до диаметра фланцевой части изделия Дфл, причем полную высоту пакета заготовок и угол наклона образующей конической поверхности пакета заготовок в зоне сужения контейнера принимать согласно зависимостям, приведенным в описании. 5 ил.The invention relates to sheet stamping and can be used in aircraft, shipbuilding and other engineering industries in the manufacture of sheet products of complex shapes.
