Abstract

FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has bed-plate. Rubber-metal members 2 are disposed along container perimeter on bed-plate. Middle plate of members 2 is inclined at angle of 45 to vertical axis. Container 3 is made as vertical cylinder with hemispherical bottom. Housing 5 is mounted in lower part of container. Debalance 7 is set up on shaft 6 in housing 5 for rotating. Crankshaft 8 hinged with flexible connecting rod 9 of vibration exciter is attached to shaft 6. Connecting rod 9 is linked with eccentric 11 of drive shaft 12 of drive by embracing girdle 10. Separator made as double-screw-thread transporting helical device is mounted outside container. Its entries are divided by perforated bottom 14. In lower part helical separator is communicated with container by hole 15 overlapped by bolt 16. In upper part separator is communicated with container by hole 17. Above, the separator is communicated with chute 19 through hole 18. Through chute 19 the processed articles go to receiving bunker of finished products. The device is used for vibration-volume processing of articles, mainly turbine ones. Claims (1)

Изобретение относится к устройствам для виброобъемной обработки деталей, преимущественно деталей турбин. Задача изобретения заключается в повышении интенсивности обработки деталей, а также в создании мощных установок для обработки деталей турбин с облегченным пуском и устойчивой работой в резонансных режимах. Это достигается тем, что устройство состоит из станины 1, на которой расположены резинометаллические элементы 2 по периметру контейнера 3, и средняя пластина 4 которых наклонена под углом 45° к вертикальной оси. Контейнер выполнен в виде вертикального цилиндра с полусферическим дном. В нижней части контейнера установлен корпус 5, в котором на валу 6 смонтирован с возможностью вращения дебаланс 7. К валу 6 прикреплен кривошип 8, соединенный шарнирно с упругим шатуном 9 вибровозбудителя. Шатун 9 охватывающей обоймой 10 соединен с эксцентриком приводного вала 12 привода. Снаружи контейнера установлен сепаратор 13, выполненный в виде двухзаходного транспортирующего винтового устройства, заходы которого разделены перфорированным днищем 14. В нижней части винтовой сепаратор сообщается с контейнером отверстием 15, перекрывающимся задвижкой 16. В верхней части сепаратор сообщается с контейнером отверстием 17. Outside the container, a separator 13 is installed, made in the form of a two-way conveying screw device, the openings of which are separated by a perforated bottom 14.
