Abstract

FIELD: precision electromechanical systems with synchroes or resolvers. SUBSTANCE: sine and cosine outputs a and b, respectively, of electrical machine 1 are connected through phase-sensitive rectifiers 2, 3 to differentiating filters 4, 5 and to multipliers 8, 9 whose digital inputs are connected to output of reversing counter 21 and their outputs, to inertia filters 6, 7. Outputs of phase-sensitive rectifiers 2, 3 are connected to inputs of comparators 11, 12 and outputs of filters 4-7, to inputs of comparators 10, 13. Comparator outputs are connected to inputs of 3AND gates 14-17 whose outputs are connected through OR gate 19 to control input of reversing counter 21. Carry output of the latter and output of pulse generator 20 are connected to inputs of 2AND gate 18 whose output is connected to complementing input of reversing counter 21. Comparators 11, 12 determine modulo higher signal out of ü, uarriving from outputs of phase-sensitive rectifiers 2, 3 and true value of speed ω is compared across comparators 10, 13 with its estimated value. Logical circuits 14-17, 19 determine forward or reverse count mode of reversing counter 21 and circuit 18 prevents clearing of reversing counter 21 at zero or maximum value of %%%. Устройство предназначено для прецизионных электромеханических систем с сельсинами или с вращающимися трансформаторами. Задача изобретения - повышение точности и расширение диапазона частот вращения. Синусный а и косинусный в выходы электрической машины 1 через фазочувствительные выпрямители (ФЧВ) 2, 3 подключены к дифференцирующим фильтрам 4, 5 и к перемножителям 8, 9, цифровые входы которых подключены к выходу реверсивного счетчика (PC) 21, а их выходы - к инерционным фильтрам 6, 7. Выходы ФЧВ 2, 3 подключены к входам компараторов 11, 12, а выходы фильтров 4 - 7 - к входам компараторов 10, 13. Выходы компараторов подключены к входам элементов 3И 14 - 17, выходы которых через элемент ИЛИ 19 соединены с управляющим входом PC 21. Его выход переноса и выход генератора импульсов 20 подключены к входам элемента 2И 18, выход которого подключен к счетному входу PC 21. Компараторы 11, 12 определяют больший по модулю из сигналов Uа, Uв, поступающих с выходов ФЧВ 2, Э, а на компараторах 10, 13 сравнивается истинное значение частоты вращения ω с ее оценкой
