SUBSTANCE: in a method including countercurrent interaction of sulfur trioxide with magnesium raw material - brucite in aqueous medium and separation of exhausted gas from solution, as magnesium raw material, lump brucite 50-600-mm fractions are used, interaction is started at pH 1.5-2.5 and conducted until bound sulfur content is achieved 40-45% and, after gas separation, solution is additionally treated with lump brucite to pH 3.0-5.0 and bound sulfur dioxide content 47-55%. EFFECT: reduced sulfur loss with sludge; reduced erosion wear of equipment and risk of clogging absorption space. 1 tbl

Claims (1)

Изобретение относится к целлюлозно-бумажному производству и может быть применено в производстве целлюлозы, изготовляемой с использованием бисульфитных варочных растворов на магниевом основании. Сущность изобретения: в способе получения сульфитного варочного раствора на магниевом основании для производства целлюлозы, включающем противоточное взаимодействие сернистого ангидрида с магнезиальным сырьем - бруситом в водной среде и отделение отработанного газа от раствора, в качестве исходного магнезиального сырья используют кусковой брусит с размером фракций 50 - 600 мм, взаимодействие начинают при pН 1,5 - 2,5 и ведут до содержания связанного диоксида серы 40 - 45%, а после отделения газа раствор дополнительно обрабатывают кусковым бруситом до pН 3,0 - 5,0 и содержания связанного диоксида серы 47 - 55%. Предлагаемое изобретение обеспечивает новый технический результат, заключающийся в том, что достигается снижение потерь серы со шламом, снижение эрозионного износа оборудования и риска забивания абсорбционного оборудования.The invention relates to pulp and paper production and can be used in the production of cellulose manufactured using bisulfite cooking solutions on a magnesium base.
