Description
Полученна в результате отбелок с применением отработанной щелочи белена целлюлоза при повышенном выходе и улучшенных бумагообразующих свойствах (сокращаетс врем The present invention relates to the pulp and paper industry, in particular to the issue of pulp bleaching. A known method of bleaching pulp 1 for paper and carbon, which uses a solution, alkalis from caustic soda and as an independent reagent on the steps of alkaline treatments of cellulose, and as an additive to other reagents to maintain the desired alkalinity environment, and as raw material for grinding. solutions of sodium hypochlorite w cellulose yield and a deterioration of its papermaking qualities. The closest to the technical essence of the proposed is the method of selection: pulp boards for the preparation of paper and cardboard by single- or multi-stage processing of pulp using alkali-containing reagent 2. The disadvantage of the known method. is that it does not insure a sufficiently high Wölrenry output. cellulose and fairly high paper-forming properties. The purpose of the invention is to increase the yield of cellulose and increase its paper forming properties. This goal is achieved by using as the alkali-containing reagent treated hemicellulose containing dissolved lye after mercerizing the cellulose of the production of filter paper. At the same time, an increase in the yield of cellulose and improvement of its paper-forming properties is achieved due to the better preservation of hemicelluloses during alkaline treatments and at other bleaching stages, where waste liquor is used. This can be explained by the redeposition of hemicelluloses dissolved in the spent liquor on the fiber, or by the protective effect of the spent liquor introduced into the hemicellulose process. The resulting bleaching with the use of spent alkaline bleached pulp with increased yield and improved paper-forming properties (reduced time
параллельнЬ с этим при щелочной обработке примен лс отработанный от мерее йзации целлюлозы дл фильтр-картона (содержание в нём гемицеллюлоз нахрдилось в пределах , каустической соды, 32-45 г/л).milling) Taxilte has the same physicomechanical indicators as pulp obtained according to similar schemes, but using conventional chemical pulses. Bleaching of sulphate softwood pulp according to the scheme of the Mari PPM was carried out under laboratory conditions: chlorination, - alkaline treatment - chlorination - alkaline treatment - bleaching with hypochlorite - bleaching with hyperchlorite (X-Shch-Kh-Sh-YG) with an alkaline treatment solution of caustic soda used for alkaline processing, as described in my Mari polyamylamine pulp mill. measuring cellulose for filter board (hemicellulose content in it is within the limits of caustic soda, 32-45 g / l).
In addition, sulphate coniferous cellulose was bleached into one step with calcium hypochlorite, used to produce semi-gelatinized pulp at the Mari PPM, and parallel to the hypochlorite, prepared by saturating chromium alkali from mercerizing cellulose for filter board.
2.For the obtained samples of cellulose, the main physicochemical displays atl11 {, chemical losses during bleaching were determined. The results of bleaching in six steps are summarized in Table 1, and the results of bleaching in one step - in Table 2.

Table 2 shows data on the quality of the samples of electrically insulating impregnating paper of the EIP-bZB brand made from semi-bleached cellulose.
From the data in Table 1, it can be seen that replacing ordinary alkali with used liquor on the steps of alkaline cellulose treatment promotes an increase in hemicellulose content in it, resistance to erosion and fracture reduces the grinding time, while not reducing whiteness and other indicators.
From the table data, the use of hypochlorite prepared from spent liquor instead of calcium hypochlorite allows, without impairing the consumer properties of the resulting cellulose, to reduce its ash content and chemical losses during bleaching.
A pre-cutting method of bleaching cellulose for paper and paperboard can be implemented in all enterprises where, along with bleached pulp, paper and cardboard are produced
