FIELD: steel continuous casting equipment. SUBSTANCE: installation allows to combine a process of continuous casting by freezing of a bimetallic tube blank with cutting it out and developing to a plane for reducing the developed strip to a hot rolled thin bimetallic strip with use only of a small part of equipment of a plant for steel continuous casting of steel making production and one reduction rolling stand of rolling production. EFFECT: installation provides high efficiency at making wide hot rolled strips with a comparatively small port of the crystallizer for freezing the blank and needs small-size room for mounting it.

Изобретение позволяет совместить непрерывное литье намораживанием биметаллической трубной заготовки с раскроем и развертыванием ее в полосу для обжатия развернутой полосы на горячекатаную тонкую биметаллическую полосу. Для этого используется незначительная часть оборудования УНРС сталеплавильного производства и одна прокатная обжимная клеть прокатного производства. Определяется высокая производительность установки при производстве широких горячекатаных полос, причем с относительно малым диаметром проема кристаллизатора под намораживание биметаллической трубной заготовки. Установка обладает весьма малыми размерами помещения под установку.EFFECT: invention allows to combine continuous casting by freezing of a bimetallic tubular billet with cutting and deploying it into a strip for compressing the expanded strip onto a hot-rolled thin bimetallic strip. To do this, a small part of the equipment of the steel-smelting production unit and one rolling mill stand are used. The high productivity of the installation is determined in the production of wide hot-rolled strips, with a relatively small diameter of the mold opening for freezing a bimetallic tube billet. The installation has very small dimensions of the room for installation.
