Abstract

FIELD: rail way repair. SUBSTANCE: machine has a frame resting on chassis. Devices for cutting crushed stones are installed on the frame. Crushed stone cleaning devices, conveyors for removal pollutants, and conveyors for supplying clean crushed stones placed on both sides of machine lengthwise symmetry plane are installed on the frame so to be able to be revolved around vertical and horizontal axes with drives. Each device to cut out crushed stones has working member formed of drive infinite chain with raking blades. The chain is installed on horizontal beam installed in lower part of inclined beam to be revolved with drive around vertical axis from a position, where it is parallel to lengthwise machine symmetry plane, to both direction until in is perpendicular to this symmetry plane. Charging conveyor is installed on the inclined beam. The conveyor is composed of drive infinite chain with blades. Rotor is fastened in the front part of inclined beam. The rotor is placed in front of horizontal beam. The rotor is fastened using a cantilever connected to drive revolving it to vertical position. Horizontal beams installed on inclined beam and may be moved with the drive in vertical plane to be installed in a position to travel, or, if necessary, the chain installed on it may be carried out of working area of charging conveyor, the crushed stone is fed to. Использование: при ремонте железнодорожного пути. Машина содержит раму, опирающуюся на ходовые тележки. На раме смонтированы устройства для вырезки щебня, расположенные с обеих сторон продольной плоскости симметрии машины, щебнеочистительные устройства, конвейеры для отвода засорителей и конвейеры для подачи чистого щебня в путь, расположенные с обеих сторон продольной плоскости симметрии машины и установленные на раме с возможностью поворота вокруг вертикальной и горизонтальной осей приводами. Каждое устройство для вырезки щебня состоит из рабочего органа, образованного приводной бесконечной цепью с выгребными лопатками, установленной на горизонтальной балке, которая установлена в нижней части наклонной балки с возможностью поворота приводом вокруг вертикальной оси из положения, параллельного продольной плоскости симметрии машины, в обе стороны до положения, перпендикулярного к этой плоскости симметрии. На наклонной балке установлен погрузочный конвейер, состоящий из приводной бесконечной цепи с лопатками. В передней части наклонной балки закреплен ротор, расположенный перед горизонтальной балкой. Ротор закреплен при помощи кронштейна, соединенного с приводом поворота его в вертикальной плоскости. Горизонтальная балка установлена на наклонной балке с возможностью перемещения приводом в вертикальной плоскости для установки в транспортное положение или при необходимости вывода установленной на ней цепи с лопатками из зоны работы погрузочного конвейера, на который подается щебень ротором.
