Abstract

Данное изобретение включает в себя применение в скриннинге растений или семян гаплоидов и двойных гаплоидов по меньшей мере одного доминантного гена, выбранного из группы, включающей в себя условно летальные гены, скриннируемые маркерные гены и селектируемые маркерные гены. Гаплоиды индуцируются генами индукции гаплоидов, например "неопределенного гаметофита". Предметом изобретения являются также гаплоидные растения, несущие по меньшей мере один доминантный ген, способ их получения, а также растения, которые получают посредством применения указанного способа.

Claims (1)

  1. Данное изобретение включает в себя применение в скриннинге растений или семян гаплоидов и двойных гаплоидов по меньшей мере одного доминантного гена, выбранного из группы, включающей в себя условно летальные гены, скриннируемые маркерные гены и селектируемые маркерные гены. Гаплоиды индуцируются генами индукции гаплоидов, например "неопределенного гаметофита". Предметом изобретения являются также гаплоидные растения, несущие по меньшей мере один доминантный ген, способ их получения, а также растения, которые получают посредством применения указанного способа.
