Abstract

Материал в виде частиц, диспергированных в жидкости, отделяется посредством ультразвукового резонансного поля. В типичном варианте осуществления изобретения ультразвуковое резонансное поле генерируется в многослойном составном резонаторе, содержащем дисперсию в сосуде, преобразователь и зеркало. Все слои параллельны друг другу. Резонансное возрастание амплитуды акустического вытеснения в дисперсии обеспечивается гораздо более выраженным по сравнению с резонансным возрастанием амплитуды акустического вытеснения в других слоях. Это осуществляется путем согласования составной резонансной частоты многослойного резонатора и электрической частоты возбуждения при одновременном рассогласовании собственных частот преобразователя и электрической частоты возбуждения. Благодаря этому можно значительно уменьшить уровень электрической мощности, необходимый для обеспечения процесса отделения. В целом устройство пригодно для применения со всеми видами дисперсий (твердые, жидкие и газообразные фазы) и особенно полезно в случае гидрозолей (частицы в воде), а также для отделения биологических частиц (клеток).

Claims (1)

  1. Материал в виде частиц, диспергированных в жидкости, отделяется посредством ультразвукового резонансного поля. В типичном варианте осуществления изобретения ультразвуковое резонансное поле генерируется в многослойном составном резонаторе, содержащем дисперсию в сосуде, преобразователь и зеркало. Все слои параллельны друг другу. Резонансное возрастание амплитуды акустического вытеснения в дисперсии обеспечивается гораздо более выраженным по сравнению с резонансным возрастанием амплитуды акустического вытеснения в других слоях. Это осуществляется путем согласования составной резонансной частоты многослойного резонатора и электрической частоты возбуждения при одновременном рассогласовании собственных частот преобразователя и электрической частоты возбуждения. Благодаря этому можно значительно уменьшить уровень электрической мощности, необходимый для обеспечения процесса отделения. В целом устройство пригодно для применения со всеми видами дисперсий (твердые, жидкие и газообразные фазы) и особенно полезно в случае гидрозолей (частицы в воде), а также для отделения биологических частиц (клеток).
