Abstract

SUBSTANCE: proposed invention solves the problem of measuring rail curvature under loaded wheel in process of its movement along rail with subsequent calculation of bending moment, bending stresses in rail and modulus of elasticity of underrail base. This is provided by measuring relative displacement of three points located on rail head roll surface in zone of elastic deformation appearing near point of application of wheel load. Relative displacement of three points takes place continuously in process of loaded car movement. Relative displacement of these three points in zone of elastic deformation of rail under loaded wheel and outside this zone is recorded on tape of track testing car which excludes influence of irregularities of rolling surface onto results of measurement. Это достигается путем измерения относительного перемещения трех точек, расположенных на поверхности катания головки рельса в зоне упругой деформации, возникающей вблизи точки приложения колесной нагрузки. Относительное перемещение трех точек производят непрерывно в процессе движения нагруженного вагона.
