Abstract

FIELD: medicine; can be used in surgical treatment of fractured, mainly, tip of the elbow and kneecap. SUBSTANCE: the appliance is manufactured on the principle of the "Bilrot" clamp and has handles-holders. The device working member uses two teeth-catches set at an angle of 30 deg on one branch of the appliance used for fixation of bone fragments; and one tooth - on the other branch of the appliance used for fixation of the device in the material bone. The minimum distance between the teeth-catches is 1 cm, the maximum one is 5 cm; it is provided by an automatic lock, 10 cm long. EFFECT: reduced expenditures connected with operation, one surgeon is set free; duration of operation is reduced by 20%, as a result, appreciable reduction of narcotics, oxygen, electric power.

Claims (1)

The invention relates to medicine and can be used in the surgical treatment of fractures, mainly of the ulnar process and patella. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the device is made on the basis of Billroth clamp and has a handle-holders. The working part of the device has two grip teeth, bred at an angle of 30 o on one branch of the instrument, for fixing bone fragments, and one tooth-grip on the other branch of the instrument to fix the device in the mother bone. The minimum distance between the grasping teeth is 1 cm, the maximum is 5 cm, this is ensured by a 10 cm long cremallera. The medical and social effect is to reduce costs during surgery, the surgeon is released, the duration of the operation is reduced by 20%, as a result of which the costs are significantly reduced. dressings, narcotic drugs, oxygen, electricity.
