Предназначен для очистки нефтяных масел из пульпы отработанной СОЖ на операции резки технического камня, имеющего основой кремнезем. Целью создания изобретения является регенерация СОЖ с высокой степенью извлечения, экономичность и экологичность процесса очистки. Это достигается тем, что обработку смазочно-охлаждающей жидкости осуществляют 0,1 - 17,7% раствором карбоната натрия, взятом в количестве 3,3 - 23,3% от объема исходной масляной СОЖ при температуре 40 - 75°С. Выдерживают при этой температуре при непрерывном перемешивании, после чего жидкость охлаждают до комнатной температуры, при этом происходит разрушение коллоидной структуры и разделение фаз. Масляную фазу сливают непрерывно по мере ее выделения.
