Abstract

FIELD: medicine. Изобретение относится к медицине, в частности к ортопедии, и может быть использовано при оперативном лечении больных, направленном на стабилизацию корня стопы при дефектах таранной кости любой этиологии. Задачей изобретения является разработка способа реконструктивного артродеза голеностопного сустава при отсутствии таранной кости, обеспечивающего повышение прочности сращения берцево-пяточного сочленения с одновременным восстановлением продольного свода стопы. Выполнение способа предусматривает наложение компрессионно-дистракционного аппарата, обработку и взаимокомпрессию сочленяющихся поверхностей костей голени и стопы с приданием последней функционально выгодного положения осуществляют остеотомии переднего отдела пяточной кости дугообразной формы и при необходимости пяточного бугра с выделением участка прикрепления ахиллова сухожилия, а затем, до нормализации продольного свода, дозированно разворачивают передний и задний фрагменты пяточной кости с образованием между ними клиновидного костного регенерата с основанием, обращенным в сторону дистальной суставной поверхности большеберцовой кости.The invention relates to medicine, in particular to orthopedics, and can be used in surgical treatment of patients aimed at stabilizing the root of the foot with defects of the talus of any etiology.
