Method allows catalyst input to be reduced by a factor from 1.5 to 130. EFFECT: reduced operation cost. 2 tbl

Claims (1)

Предлагаемое изобретение относится к способам осуществления химических процессов и может найти применение при проведении газофазных химических реакций. Способ осуществляют в присутствии гетерогенного катализатора и инертного материала в реакторе с псевдоожиженным слоем инертного материала, в который непрерывно вводят снизу и выводят сверху катализатор, причем в зоне реакции поддерживают концентрацию катализатора, равную 1-15 г/м3 парогазовой смеси при нормальных условиях, с эквивалентным диаметром частиц не более 10 мкм. Предлагаемый способ позволяет снизить расход катализатора в 1,5-130 раз.The present invention relates to methods for carrying out chemical processes and may find application in conducting gas-phase chemical reactions.
