Изобретение относится к области металлургии редких металлов, в частности к переработке германийсодержащего сырья с получением германиевого концентрата. Изобретение предусматривает повышение кратности обогащения возгонов (до 40 - 50%) и увеличение степени извлечения германия в возгоны (до 92,5 - 94,4%). Технический результат достигается тем, что в способе получения германия путем электроплавки окускованного германийсодержащего материала в присутствии сульфидизатора и восстановителя исходную шихту перед плавкой в процессе окускования увлажняют до влажности 25 - 30%, плавку ведут с поддержанием на поверхности расплава слоя шихты толщиной 0,1 - 0,3 м, которую нагревают со скоростью 5 - 20 град/мин, при этом количество серы в исходной шихте составляет 3 - 8%. К дополнительным преимуществам предъявляемого изобретения относится улучшение качества получаемого продукта за счет снижения примесей в возгонах в виде сульфидной серы.The invention relates to the field of metallurgy of rare metals, in particular to the processing of germanium-containing raw materials with obtaining germanium concentrate. The technical result is achieved by the fact that in the method of producing germanium by electrowelting an agglomerated germanium-containing material in the presence of a sulfidizer and a reducing agent, the initial charge is moistened to a moisture content of 25–30% in the agglomeration process, the melting is carried out with maintaining a 0.1–0 thickness , 3 m, which is heated at a rate of 5 - 20 degrees / min, while the amount of sulfur in the original mixture is 3 - 8%. Additional advantages of the present invention include improving the quality of the product obtained by reducing impurities in sublimates in the form of sulfide sulfur.
