The parts of the cover are provided with volumetric and / or elastic gaskets installed at least on part of their surfaces, and additional volumetric elastic gaskets mounted on individual elements of the parts.

The proposed design of the removable cover is a more economical and technological model among the known models, which also have high ergonomic and orthopedic properties. In addition, the proposed design of the removable cover has a more aesthetic appearance.

Description

The utility model relates to means of increased comfort of vehicles, namely, to removable covers for the front seats of cars, mainly cars.

Removable covers are used both to protect the car seat trim from pollution and extend their service life, and to give the car seats an anatomical, more comfortable, and sometimes more modern shape.

Known covers for the car, having the form of wraps, for example, described in the patents for utility models RU86425, 09/10/2009, RU86425, 09/10/2009. Also known is the case described in the patent for utility model RU85412, 08/10/2009.

These covers are easy to manufacture, inexpensive, but not aesthetic or ergonomic. Designed only to prevent contamination of car seats or passenger clothing from contamination.

Currently, the so-called volumetric or anatomical removable covers, described, for example, in patent No. 2293669, 02.20.2007, are widely used. The well-known cover for a car seat consists of two parts - for the seat and for the back, made with compartments for accommodating volume inserts, separated by longitudinal and transverse firmware. On each part of the cover, at least two or more compartments have on the wrong side or front side a detachable connection for inserting an insert that is not connected to the cover.

These covers can not fully ensure the comfort of the driver or passenger, as well as the retention of volumetric shape when the seat is loaded. It is possible to place volume inserts in the finished product if the compartments have a fairly simple shape, that is, without taking into account the ergonomics of the seat.

From the description of this patent it is not clear how the sides of the cover for the backrest are made. Most likely, of the two, since in figure 1 the seams are not shown on the sidewall. Currently available information on sewing automobile covers suggests that the sidewalls are sewn from two elements. The junction of the two elements of the sidewall of the seatback cover is located in its upper part.

Thus, in particular, a removable seat cover for a car of the Rekaro model of the Dinas company was made (), adopted for the closest analogue - the prototype. Rekaro covers have high ergonomic and orthopedic properties, provide retention of volumetric shape under loading. Due to such a cut of the sidewall elements, the cover is loose against the back of the car seat. The dimensions of the seat with a cover are increasing, due to which the visibility in the rear view mirror is deteriorating, which can provoke an emergency on the road. Often, creases are formed at the junction, which spoils the appearance of the cover. With a cut of two rather long lekalny elements of a sidewall a lot of waste is generated.

The task to which the design of this utility model is directed is to create a more economical and technological model of a removable seat cover for a car while maintaining its high ergonomic and orthopedic properties.

The problem is solved as follows.

Due to the fact that the sidewall of the cover for the back of the seat is made of three parts, the cover fits snugly to the back of the seat without increasing its size, creases are not formed in the upper part of the side of the cover, the cover looks more aesthetically pleasing.

The removable cover may be made of a material commonly used for sewing covers or car interior decoration. It can be leatherette, jacquard, velor, tweed, flock.

The removable cover for the front seat of the car is equipped with a volumetric gasket made of volumetric thickness from 5 to 20 mm and installed on the entire surface of the parts and sides of both parts of the cover. It can be made of any bulk and / or elastic material. The best materials for such a laying are spunbond, foam rubber or similar materials. The presence of gaskets with a thickness of 5 to 20 mm gives the case bulkiness, respectively, a more ergonomic and aesthetic appearance. The use of volumetric elastic material allows not to weight the cover. The use of gaskets with a thickness of more than 20 mm creates technological difficulties, increases the material costs for the production of covers. The choice of the specific thickness of the gasket depends both on the material from which the cover is sewn (the thinner the material, the thicker the gasket will be), and on the brand of car for which the seat is sewn, i.e. car seat configurations.

The front part for covering the backrest may include an element for the headrest of the seat, which is made in one piece with the cover for the backrest. This embodiment gives the case a more aesthetic appearance, facilitates its installation, reduces material costs for production. In this embodiment, the implementation of the sidewall of the three elements is even more appropriate: the headrest creates additional broken lines of the contour of the seat, and the pattern lines of the three elements of the sidewall will help soften them.

To improve the seating of the cover on the back of the seat, to ensure the adaptability of its tailoring, the front part for covering the back is made of six elements: a central, two side, two upper side and an element for the headrest.

To achieve the same goals, the pillow cover part is made of three elements: a central and two side elements.

A more ergonomic shape of the case is given by the presence of additional volumetric elastic gaskets with a thickness of 8 to 50 mm installed on the side elements of the front part to cover the back, as well as on the side elements of the part to cover the pillow. The use of volumetric elastic material allows not to weight the cover. Here, the choice of a specific thickness of the gasket depends on the make of the car for which the seat cover is sewn. Additional gaskets can be made, for example, of foam rubber or similar materials properties.

In the embodiment shown in the figures, the front part for covering the backrest includes an element for the head restraint 6, made in one piece with the cover for the backrest. The sidewall 2 of the cover for the backrest is made of three elements: the central 10 and two side 11. The part for covering the pillow 3 is made of three elements: the central 12 and two side 13. In the variant of separate execution of the removable cover, each of its two parts is, as it were, superimposed on the corresponding part of the seat - the back or pillow and is fixed at the back or bottom. In an embodiment of the cover in the form of a single design and in the presence of the rear part 5, the cover is put on the back of the car seat through an opening formed by the front part 1, the back part 5 and the sidewall 2. A removable cover of the proposed design in a variant of joint execution of a cover for a seat back with an element for a head restraint and a cover for a seat cushion, as well as the presence of a rear part of a cover for a seat back, has the following manufacturing technology.

First, according to the molds shown in Fig.6-10, the elements of the parts of the covers are covered (positions 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14).

Volume and / or elastic gaskets with a thickness of 5-20 mm are shaped according to the shape of the front part for the backrest 1 (combined elements 6-9), the details for covering the pillow 3 (combined elements 12, 13), the rear part 5, sidewalls 2 (combined elements 10 , 11) and 4 (combined elements of 8).

Additional volumetric elastic gaskets with a thickness of 8-50 mm are laid in the form of elements 8 and 13 (two gaskets).

A removable cover of the proposed design will reduce the consumption of material for tailoring the cover, since the implementation of the sidewall of the cover for the backrest of three elements instead of two makes it possible to arrange patterns on the material more compactly when cut. The absence of a seam in the upper part allows the removable cover to sit more tightly on the seat. The seat looks more elegant, the view in the rearview mirror does not deteriorate.
