Обогатительное устройство предназначено для промывки золотосодержащих песков. Позволяет повысить качество извлечения золота за счет интенсивного перемешивания материала путем двухстороннего его пересыпания по трафаретам, находящимся в водяной ванне. Устройство состоит из наклонного барабана с соосным ему грохотом корытообразной формы внутри, загрузочного бункера и приемного бункера. На разгрузочном конце барабана имеется элеватор. Внутри барабана размещены кольцевые стенки, разделяющие секции трафаретов. Высота перегородок превышает высоту рифлей. Канатный привод осуществляет возвратно-поворотные движения барабана, поворачивая его на 90o и возвращая назад. При этом материал как в грохоте, так и на трафаретах непрерывно пересыпается по дуге, медленно продвигается к элеватору, оставляя на трафаретах концентрат, который выгружается через окно при приподнятых трафаретах путем смыва водой из щелей при непрерывном покачивании барабана.
