Способ относится к химии, в частности к технологии получения 6,6-дибромпенициллановой кислоты - промежуточного продукта в синтезе 1,1-диоксида пенициллановой кислоты (сульбактами). Цель изобретения - упрощение процесса, увеличение выхода и улучшение качества 6,6-дибромпенициллановой кислоты. Поставленная цель достигается проведением последовательных реакций образования бромирующей смеси при взаимодействии брома и нитрита натрия в растворе серной кислоты или бромистого калия с концентрированной азотной кислотой и взаимодействием бромирующей смеси с водной или водно-спиртовой (низший С1 - С3) суспензией 6-аминопенициллановой кислоты, причем концентрация спирта не превышает 8,5% от общего объема реакционной массы. Способ обеспечивает получение 6,6-дибромпенициллановой кислоты высокого качества 99,0 - 99,5% с выходом 80 - 85%, что на 46 - 51% выше, чем по прототипу, сокращает продолжительность процесса в два раза.The method relates to chemistry, in particular to the technology of producing 6,6-dibromopenicillanic acid - an intermediate product in the synthesis of 1,1-dioxide penicillanic acid (sulbacts). This goal is achieved by conducting successive reactions of formation of the brominating mixture in the interaction of bromine and sodium nitrite in a solution of sulfuric acid or potassium bromide with concentrated nitric acid and the interaction of the brominating mixture with aqueous or aqueous-alcoholic (lower C 1 - C 3 ) suspension of 6-aminopenicillanic acid moreover, the alcohol concentration does not exceed 8.5% of the total reaction mass. The method provides obtaining high quality 6,6-dibromopenicillanic acid 99.0 - 99.5% with a yield of 80 - 85%, which is 46 - 51% higher than in the prototype, reduces the process time by half.
