Изобретение относится к производным нитроимидазолов, в частности к способу получения нитроимидазолов общей формулы 2-R-4(5)-нитроимидазол, где R - или H, или CH3, или C2H5, которые являются полупродуктами в синтезе важных фармацевтических препаратов. С целью улучшения экологической чистоты процесса нитрование исходного имидазола проводят в растворе нитрата аммония в азотной кислоте при температуре 65 - 97o в течение 1,5 - 6 ч при соотношении компонентов нитрующей смеси, мас.ч. на 1 мас.ч. исходного имидазола: азотная кислота 5,9 - 16 (оптимально 7 - 9), нитрат аммония 1,3 - 5,4 (оптимально 1,5 - 1,75), вода 0,10 - 0,35 (оптимально 0,10 - 0,22). После нейтрализации аммиаком или натриевой щелочью до рН 4 и отделения продукта образующийся маточник в зависимости от используемого нейтрализующего агента направляют либо на огневое обезвреживание, либо на изготовление бетонных смесей с пониженной температурой замерзания или для производства промышленных взрывчатых веществ.The invention relates to derivatives of nitroimidazoles, in particular to a method for producing nitroimidazoles of the general formula 2-R-4 (5) -nitroimidazole, where R is either H or CH 3 or C 2 H 5 , which are intermediates in the synthesis of important pharmaceutical preparations. After neutralization with ammonia or sodium alkali to pH 4 and separation of the product, the resulting mother liquor, depending on the neutralizing agent used, is sent either to fire neutralization, or to the manufacture of concrete mixtures with a low freezing temperature or for the production of industrial explosives.
