Изобретение относится к области металлургии, а именно к способам производства высокопрочных горячекатанных листов из малоуглеродистых низколегированных сталей, сматываемых после прокатки в рулон. Техническим результатом изобретения является получение структуры "вырожденного" перлита(псевдоэвтектоида) в горячекатанном прокате, обеспечивающей высокий комплекс механических свойств малоуглеродистой низколегированной стали. Способ изготовления листов включает горячую прокатку с температурой конца прокатки Ткп. = АС3 + (30 - 60)oC, ускоренное охлаждение со скоростью, обеспечивающей сохранение аустенита до температуры Tτmin -(50 - 120)oC, при которой проводят смотку в рулон, где Tτmin - температура минимальной устойчивости аустенита в области феррито-перлитного превращения.
