Изобретение относится к металлургии, в частности к конструкции кристаллизаторов для непрерывного литья полых заготовок, в том числе из меди, алюминия и их сплавов. Сущность изобретения - упрощение конструкции узла подачи газа (жидкости) в полость дорна и повышение надежности работы кристаллизатора при литье полых заготовок. Указанный технический результат достигается тем, что в устройстве, содержащем металлоприемник, основание которого состыковано с наружным охладителем и полым дорном, и имеющее отверстия для подвода расплава в полость между дорном и наружным охладителем, а также каналы для подачи газа в полость дорна, где в пространстве металлоприемника на его основании выполнен выступ, соединенный перемычками со стенками металлоприемника, причем в перемычках выполнены каналы, соединенные с источником рабочего тела, при этом в выступе выполнен ступенчатый осесимметричный канал с установленными в нем головкой дорна и стержнем с опорно-крепежными элементами, причем между стержнем и поверхностями осесимметричного канала и дорна образована замкнутая полость, соединенная с каналами в перемычках. Дорн по одному из вариантов выполняется с пористыми рабочими стенками, а по другому - со сплошными стенками, имеющими отверстия для подачи газа (жидкости) на внутреннюю поверхность полого слитка.The invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to the design of molds for continuous casting of hollow billets, including copper, aluminum and their alloys. This technical result is achieved by the fact that in the device containing a metal reservoir, the base of which is joined to an external cooler and a hollow mandrel, and having openings for supplying the melt into the cavity between the mandrel and the external cooler, as well as channels for supplying gas to the mandrel cavity, where in the space on the base of the metal reservoir, a protrusion is made connected with bridges with the walls of the metal receiver, moreover, channels are connected in the bridges connected to the source of the working medium, while in the protrusion there is a step an axially symmetric channel with a mandrel head and a rod with supporting and fastening elements installed in it, with a closed cavity between the rod and the surfaces of the axisymmetric channel and the mandrel connected to the channels in the bridges. Dorn in one of the options is performed with a porous working walls, and on the other - with solid walls having openings for supplying gas (liquid) to the inner surface of the hollow ingot.
