The method relates to fisheries and can be used at fish farms for obtaining in the artificial conditions of the young Black Sea flounder-kalkan. The method is aimed at increasing the survival rate of the larvae by creating the most sterile conditions at all stages of breeding up to the functioning of the immune system, as well as ensuring the selection of the most viable embryos at the incubation stage. Disinfection of water is carried out after mechanical cleaning to the value of the total microbial number equal to zero, at all stages of breeding control the content of microbial cells and regulate their number. Caviar incubation is carried out at a water exchange rate of 7-14 vol / day, providing a microbial cell content of not more than 500 cubic meters / ml and at the same time stirring the eggs with air with an intensity of 0.01-0.03 dm 3 / min. Cultivation of larvae is carried out with a gradual increase in the rate of water exchange from 0.3 - 0.5 vol / day at the beginning of cultivation to 4 - 5 vol. / day in the initial stages of metamorphosis, maintaining the microbial cell content of not more than 1 - 1.5 thousand mcl / ml. In this case, mechanical water purification is carried out by passing through a sand-shell filter and a microfiltration system, ensuring the removal of particles suspended in water larger than 3 microns, and the disinfection of water is carried out using ultraviolet irradiation. When reaching a microbial cell content of 1 - 1.5 thousand mcl / ml during the cultivation process, it is advisable to make a regular full change of water and remove microflora from the walls of nursery containers, and increase the water exchange rate to 24 vol / day. It is preferable to cultivate live feeds in cumulative mode in disinfected water and bring in reagent containers with a microbial cell content in a microalgae culture no more than 50 µL / ml; salina - no more than 500 cubic meters / ml.
