Коррозионностойкая сталь относится к черной металлургии, в частности к аустенитным сталям, используемым в качестве коррозионностойкого материала при изготовлении изделий методом глубокой вытяжки из листовой стали. Сталь, содержащая углерод, кремний, марганец, хром, никель, молибден, ванадий, азот, бор, железо, дополнительно содержит РЗМ при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас. %: углерод 0,01 - 0,03; кремний 0,1 - 0,8; марганец 0,1 - 2,0; хром 16 - 22; никель 8 - 14; молибден 0,8 - 3,0; ванадий 0,08 - 0,8; азот 0,01 - 0,2; бор 0,0003 - 0,01; РМЗ 0,001 - 0,05; Железо - остальное и соблюдении условий;
C+4•B = 0,011 - 0,05;
Figure 00000001

РЗМ +3•B = 0,015-0,06,
Figure 00000002

Предлагаемая сталь обладает высокой коррозионной стойкостью
(превосходит сталь ОЗХ18Н11 в 10 раз по стойкости к питтинговой коррозии), высокими пластическими характеристиками и по своим физико-механическим свойствам
5≥ 50 % и σ02В≤ 0,4
может быть использована для изготовления деталей методом глубокой вытяжки.
Corrosion-resistant steel refers to ferrous metallurgy, in particular to austenitic steels, used as a corrosion-resistant material in the manufacture of products by the method of deep drawing from sheet steel. Steel containing carbon, silicon, manganese, chromium, nickel, molybdenum, vanadium, nitrogen, boron, iron, additionally contains REM in the following ratio of components, wt. %: carbon 0.01 - 0.03; silicon 0.1 - 0.8; manganese 0.1 to 2.0; chromium 16 - 22; nickel 8-14; molybdenum 0.8 to 3.0; vanadium 0.08 - 0.8; nitrogen 0.01 - 0.2; boron 0.0003 - 0.01; RMZ 0.001 - 0.05; Iron - the rest and conditions;
C + 4 • B = 0.011–0.05;
Figure 00000001

REM + 3 • B = 0.015-0.06,
Figure 00000002

The proposed steel has a high corrosion resistance.
(exceeds steel OZH18N11 10 times in resistance to pitting corrosion), high plastic characteristics and its physical and mechanical properties
5 ≥ 50% and σ 02 / σ B ≤ 0.4
can be used for the manufacture of parts by the method of deep drawing.
