Изобретение обеспечивает разработку новой технологии литейного производства стали за счет внедрения новых высокоэффективных научно-технологических методов: отказа от применения прибылей, применения круглой формы литниковых ходов и полых стержней вместо цельных в отливках коробчатых конструкций. Применение новой технологии литейного производства в массовом и крупносерийном производстве в 3 - 4 раза увеличивает производительность труда, до двух раз повышает выход годного литья и его качество.The new casting system of steel casting refers to the technology of foundry, in particular, to the basics of calculating, designing and producing a casting-filling system for steel and cast iron, and can also be used to produce casting from other metals and alloys.
