Способ очистки заключается в электролизе с коагуляцией частиц примесей, сопровождаемой флотационным эффектом. Кроме того, способ предусматривает ведение очистки под давлением подаваемой жидкости при одновременной ее механической активизации в межэлектродных пространствах и флокуляции. Устройство для осуществления способа содержит корпус, в котором размещены пакет плоских электродов, установленных параллельно один другому, подвижные органы, очищающие электроды от осадка, и камеры хлопьеобразования с патрубком для вывода газа. Корпус выполнен горизонтальным, камера хлопьеобразования образована перегородкой с возможностью сообщения в верхней части с камерой электролиза для прохождения пенного слоя и жидкости. Камера хлопьеобразования имеет форсунку для подачи флокулянта. The body is made horizontal, the flocculation chamber is formed by a partition with the possibility of communication with the electrolysis chamber in the upper part for passing the foam layer and the liquid. Chamber flocculation has a nozzle for feeding flocculant. The working bodies are made in the form of paddle activators with gaps between the edges of the blades and the surfaces of the electrodes, and the gas outlet nozzle is equipped with an adjustable valve.
