Изобретение относится к производству лекарственных препаратов, применяемых в медицинской практике, и касается способа получения отечественного препарата, аналогичного по механизму биологического действия препарату "Церебролизин" фирмы Эбеве, Австрия. Цель изобретения - упрощение технологии получения и разработка лекарственной формы отечественного препарата "Церебролизат". Для достижения этой цели гомогенизированное сырье - кору головного мозга - подвергают ферментативному гидролизу при pH 6,8-8,4 в течение 4-5 ч, затем проводят отделение жмыха микрофильтрацией через мембранные фильтры с размером пор 0,22-0,5 мкм и отделение белков и пептидов двухстадийной ультрафильтрацией на мембранах с порогом задержания веществ 30-50 кД и 5-15 кД. Смесь упаривают под вакуумом (концентрирование), добавляют консервант - 0,3% фенола - и подвергают стерильной фильтрации на мембранах 0,2-0,32 мкм. The mixture is evaporated under vacuum (concentration), a preservative is added — 0.3% phenol — and subjected to sterile filtration on 0.2-0.32 μm membranes. The process is technological, the resulting product has a high clinical efficacy.
