Цель работы - получение безвредной, высокоиммуногенной вакцины, обеспечивающей создание напряженного иммунитета у крупного рогатого скота к инфекционному ринотрахеиту. Вакцина включает концентрированный антиген вируса ИРТ из штамма Herpesvirus bovis 1 "Щапово", полученного в культурах клеток крупного рогатого скота, и представляет собой: концентрированный антиген вируса ИРТ - 50-90%, масляный адъювант - остальное. Вакцину вводят внутрикожно по 0,2-0,4 мл или подкожно по 2,0-6,0 мл двукратно с интервалом 14-21 день телятам в возрасте от 30 дней и старше. Вакцина апробирована в экспериментальных условиях с положительными результатами. Вакцина найдет применение в животноводческих хозяйствах как откормочного направления, так и репродуктивного, а также на станциях искусственного осеменения.The goal of the work is to obtain a harmless, highly immunogenic vaccine that ensures the creation of intense immunity in cattle to infectious rhinotracheitis. The vaccine was tested under experimental conditions with positive results. The vaccine will be used in livestock farms of both the feeding and reproductive directions, as well as at the stations of artificial insemination.
