Abstract
PURPOSE: To prepare the highly effective titled agent containing γ-globulin originated from immune serum against the pathogen of avian infectious coryza.
CONSTITUTION: An agent containing γ-globulin originated from immune serum aginst the pathogen of avian infectious coryaz (Hemophilus galinarum and Hemophilus paragalinarum). The immune serum is obtained by inoculating horse, cattle, pig, goat, etc. with killed vaccine or live vaccine obtained from the pathogen of avian infectious coryza, and collecting the blood after the complete immunization. The immune serum itself can be used as well as the γ-globulin originated from said immune serum. The administration of the agent in the prevailing season of the disease or at the initial stage of the disease, rapidly completes the passive immunization and effectively prevents the disease.
