Claims (1)
- Слоистый пористый материал относится к порошковой металлургии, в частности к пористым слоистым материалам. Предлагаемое изобретение направлено на повышение качества влагоотделения фильтрующего слоистого материала при его минимальном аэродинамическом сопротивлении. Слоистый материал содержит никелевую фильтровую основу из высокопористого ячеистого материала на основе никеля (пороникеля) с размером пор 0,3 - 2,0 мм и толщиной, которая выбрана из соотношения h : d = 20 - 110, где h - толщина слоя, мм, d - размер пор пороникеля, мм, рабочий слой из пористого проницаемого материала, сформированного из пористого сферического материала на поверхности основы толщиной 0,35 - 2,5 мм, и промежуточный слой из этих материалов толщиной 0,3 - 5,0 размеров ячейки пороникеля. В качестве материала для изготовления пористого порошкового материала использован бронзовый сферический порошок.
