Установка для сфероидизирующего отжига, закалки на двухфазную (феррито-мартенситную) структуру и улучшения калиброванной стали относится к термической обработке металлов и сплавов и может быть использована преимущественно для рекристаллизационного, сфероидизирующего отжига, закалки калиброванной стали на двухфазную феррито-мартенситную структуру (ДФМС) и улучшения (закалки и отпуска) калиброванной стали, предназначенной для изготовления высокопрочных крепежных изделий методом холодной объемной штамповки (ХОШ). Установка для сфероидизирующего отжига, закалки на ДФМС и улучшения калиброванной стали на одной линии содержит разматывающее, нагревательное, правильное устройства и спрейер и дополнительно снабжена фильерой, расположенной перед подающим устройством, где происходит предварительная деформация на 5-10%, необходимая для интенсификации диффузионных процессов перед закалкой; кроме того, в установку введен дополнительно второй индуктор для проведения отпуска после закалки калиброванной стали, который позволит проводить в случае необходимости циклическую термообработку с двумя аустенизациями.
