Сущность устройства заключается в том, что привод компрессора наддува воздухом ДВС осуществляется воздушной турбиной, запитка которой воздухом осуществляется из атмосферы, а сброс воздуха из нее с помощью эжектора, работающего на энергии выхлопных газов ДВС и создающего перепад давления на воздушной турбине, при срабатывании которого получается не только механическая энергия для привода компрессора, но и внутренний для системы хладоресурс, который и используется для охлаждения воздуха после компрессора.
