Изобретение относится к области создания полимерных пленочных материалов, обладающих сегнетоэлектрическими свойствами, и может быть использовано в области мембранной технологии для целей получения пьезо- и пироматериалов. Предложена электрочувствительная пленочная композиция, обладающая сегнетоэлектрическими свойствами на основе поливинилового спирта и добавки. Для повышения электрочувствительности в качестве добавки она содержит хлорид меди и ортофосфорную кислоту при соотношении компонентов, мол.%: для перехода вблизи 100oС - хлорид меди 2 - 10, ортофосфорная кислота 5 - 15, поливиниловый спирт - остальное.
