Claims (1)

The method relates to the beverage industry, in particular to methods for the production of artificially mineralized beverages. To eliminate undesirable phenomena in the vital activity of the human body caused by excess sodium salts in the production method of the Tonus-1 drink, including enrichment of the composition, disinfection, cooling, carbonation, filling, sealing, blending, labeling and storage, the composition is enriched potassium cations in the amount of 300-400 mg / l by activation in diaphragm electrolysis until the pH reaches 11.0 11.6 and the redox potential (ORP) minus 700 minus 900 mV, while de contamination and normalization of the drink to the pH value is performed by adding 0.05 - 0.10% potassium anolyte with a pH value of 1.5 to 2.5 and ORP 1000 - 1100 mV to the mass of the treated drink, followed by aging for 1.0 o C 1,5 hours
