- Электрод и способ его получения. Долговременные катоды низкого водородного перенапряжения, несущие покрытие, которое имеет внешний слой, содержащий по меньшей мере 10% оксида церия по XRД и один неблагородный металл 8-й группы можно получать с помощью способа, включающего в себя покрытие металлической подложки промежуточным покрытием, содержащим оксид, церия и один неблагородный металл 8-й группы, плазменное напыление интерметаллического соединения церия и никеля и нагревание промежуточного покрытия в неокисляющей атмосфере.
