Предполагаемое изобретение относится к обработке металлов давлением, в частности, к технологии производства несимметричных гнутых профилей. Основная задача, решаемая изобретением, - повышение качества неравнополочных зетовых профилей за счет улучшения их геометрии. Предлагаемый способ включает последовательную подгибку валками в клетях стана полосовой заготовки с формированием стенки, полок и мест изгиба и порезку сформированной полосы ножницами на мерные длины и отличается тем, что в черновых клетях подгибку малой и большой полок в каждом проходе осуществляют, соответственно, на углы 18 - 20o и 10o - 15o, а в промежуточных клетях - обеих полок на 15o - 20o, стенку в каждой черновой и промежуточной клети подгибают на угол 2o - 4o, при этом диаметр элементов верхних валков, формирующих место изгиба между малой полкой и стенкой сохраняют постоянным от клети к клети, а порезку осуществляют одновременно с упруго-пластической подгибкой стенки на угол 4o - 5o.The alleged invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure, in particular, to a technology for the production of asymmetric bent profiles.
