Description

The utility model relates to pumping units for separate operation of several layers and can be used in the oil industry, including when lifting highly viscous products from a well.
A known installation for simultaneous and separate operation of two layers (see patent RU 2221136, ЕВВ 43/14, 2004), containing a string of elevator pipes, a packer, a liner, a sucker rod pump equipped with an additional suction valve located on the side wall of its cylinder.
The disadvantages of the known installation for simultaneous and separate operation of two layers are the lack of the ability to raise the production of the layers, if their mixing is unacceptable, measuring the flow rate and water cut of the products separately for each layer.
A known installation for simultaneous and separate operation of two layers (see patent RU 72720, ЕВВ 43/14, 2008), containing the main and additional drives, a packer installed between the productive layers, the main, communicated with the under-packer space of the well, and additional communicated with the above-packer space of the well, lift pipes with sucker-rod pumps fixed to the wellhead with double-barreled fittings, a parallel armature mounted on both lift pipes.
The well-known installation allows for separate lifting, measuring the flow rate and water cut of formation products, however, hoisting operations are complex and time-consuming, and the installation itself is metal-intensive.
Closest to the proposed installation for simultaneous and separate operation of two layers by technical essence is a borehole sucker-rod pump installation with a double-acting pump (see patent RU 63864, ЕВВ 43/38, 2007), containing a pump that is lowered onto the pipe string into the casing, the packer located between the exposed layers and separating the annulus, the pump, above and below which the upper and lower inlet openings with valves are located above the packer, is equipped with a piston, with the pump exit from above by m of the pipe string is communicated through the upper outlet valve with the wellhead, and the pump outlet from below through the lower outlet valve with under-packer space; an additional cylinder is installed above the pump with a plunger connected to a larger diameter piston and equipped with an upper outlet valve.
The known installation does not allow a separate rise to the surface of products from two layers and it is difficult to move the column of rods down, especially when feeding highly viscous products.
The technical task of the proposed utility model is to provide separate lifting at the wellhead of products from two layers by using the annulus as a channel for lifting the products of the lower layer, facilitating the movement of the rod string down due to the increased bore of the upper outlet valve and more complete use of the weight of the liquid column in the tubing string.
The stated technical problem is solved in that in the proposed installation for simultaneous and separate operation of two layers containing a rod string and a tubing string located in the casing with the formation of the annular space, which is separated by a packer located between the opened layers and the pump, above and below which the upper and lower inlets with valves are located, equipped with a piston made with the possibility of reciprocating motion, while the pump outlet is above the middle The tubing string is communicated through the upper outlet valve with the wellhead, an additional cylinder with a plunger installed above the pump, and the annulus is separated by an additional packer above the upper layer, the pump outlet is connected to the annulus above the additional packer, and through the mouth wells, the lower inlet is located below the packer, and the upper inlet is between the packers, the plunger is made of a larger diameter and is equipped with a stem valve with a pusher, top with a rod string, and bottom with a piston.
The studies showed that the separation of the annular space above the upper layer by an additional packer, the message of the pump outlet from below with the annular space above the additional packer, and through it with the wellhead, the location of the lower inlet under the packer, and the upper inlet between the packers allows you to raise the production of the lower layer to the surface without mixing it with the products of the upper layer, raised along the tubing string, by raising the production of the lower This along the annulus above the additional packer communicated through the pump with the lower reservoir.
The execution of the plunger with a large diameter and equipping it with a rod valve with a pusher connected from above to the rod string and from the bottom to the piston makes it easier to move the rod string down by reducing the hydraulic resistance in the valve rod, as well as the influence of the weight of the liquid column in the tubing string pipes to the piston forcing.
The set of distinctive features of the proposed installation for simultaneous and separate operation of two layers allows for separate lifting of products from two layers at the wellhead and facilitate the downward movement of the rod string and the piston forcing.
From the patent and scientific literature we do not know the claimed combination of distinctive features. Therefore, the claimed device meets the criterion of "inventive step".
The figure schematically shows the installation for simultaneous-separate operation of two layers.
The installation comprises a pump with a cylinder 1 and a piston 2, above which an additional cylinder 3 of a larger diameter with a plunger 4 is installed, lowered on the tubing string 5 into the casing 6. A valve-valve 7 with an upper outlet valve 8 located below the plunger 4, and a pusher 9, located above the plunger 4, is connected from above to the column of rods 10, and from the bottom to the piston 2. The annular space is disconnected by the packer 11 and the additional packer 12 located between the lower 13 and upper 14, and also above the upper 14 of the reservoir, respectively -retarded. The pump inlet from below is communicated through the lower inlet valve 15 with a sub-packer space, and the pump outlet from below through the lower outlet valve 16 with an over-packer annular space, and through it to the wellhead. The pump inlet from above is communicated through the upper inlet valve 17 with interpacker space, and the pump outlet from above through the upper outlet valve 8 of the rod-valve 7 through the tubing string 5 with the wellhead.
Installation for simultaneous-separate operation of two layers works as follows.
During the course of the column of rods 10 upward, the rod-valve 7 and piston 2 connected to it move upward, while the upper outlet valve 8 overlaps the passage section between it and the lower end of the plunger 4 and lifts the plunger 4 up together with the liquid above it the tubing string 5 to the wellhead, in the cavity of the cylinders 1 and 3 between the piston 2 and the plunger 4 due to the difference in their diameters, a vacuum is generated, and the upper inlet valve 17 opens under pressure in the interpacker space, as a result of which the product its formation 14 from the interpacker space enters this cavity, and products from the lower formation 13 through the lower inlet valve 15, which opens due to the pressure difference between the pressure in the lower formation 13 and the discharge in the cavity of the cylinder 1 under the piston, enter the cavity of the cylinder 1 under the piston 2 2, with the lower outlet valve 16 closed, which was closed due to the pressure difference between the pressure in the packer space and the discharge in the cavity of the cylinder 1 under the piston 2.
When the rod string 10 moves downward, both the stem valve 7 and piston 2 move downward, while due to the difference in diameters in the cavity of the cylinders 1 and 3 between the plunger 4 and the piston 2, the pressure increases and the upper inlet valve 17 closes due to the differential pressure due to friction of the plunger 4 against the inner surface of the cylinder 3, the plunger 4 remains in place until the pusher 9 begins to move it down, and the fluid through the open passage section between the end of the plunger 4 and the upper outlet valve 8 and the cavity of the plunger 4 flows into the cylinder cavity 3 and 3 under the plunger 4 into the cavity of the cylinder 3 above the plunger 4, and in the cavity of the cylinder 1 under the piston 2 the pressure rises and due to the pressure drop the lower inlet valve 15 is closed and the lower outlet valve 16 is opened, through which the lower production from the cylinder 1 under the piston 2 formation 13 enters the above-packer annular space and along it to the wellhead.
The stroke of the string of rods 10 up is provided due to the traction force of the drive unit (not shown in Fig.), And down due to the weight of the string of rods 10 and the weight of the liquid column in the tubing string 5 acting on the piston 2.
Technical and economic advantages of the proposed solution are to increase the efficiency and reliability of the installation for simultaneous and separate operation of two layers due to the separate lifting of the products of two layers at the wellhead and facilitating the downward movement of the rod string, which is especially important when lifting highly viscous products.
