Abstract

FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oil and gas industry, particularly to pump installations of well. The installation consists of production string, of a column of hollow rods, of a packer and a differential pump with upper and lower hollow plungers. The suction valve of the upper section of the differential pump is installed at side, while the pressurising one - in a bypass channel of the upper section conjugated with the cavity of the production string. The bypass channel is made in the upper plunger. The upper plunger is assembled on the hollow rod so, that fluid can overflow; the upper plunger is designed to perform limited axial travels. From below the bypass channel is equipped with a seat of the pressurising valve, while the hollow rod is equipped with its locking body arranged on the exterior surface of the hollow rod and with a pusher interacting with plunger from above.
EFFECT: simplification of installation design, increasing of its efficiency, particularly at high viscosity of reservoirs, facilitation of installation regulating for reservoir yields.

Description

The invention relates to the oil industry, in particular to downhole pumping units.
A well-known well installation for simultaneous and separate operation of two layers containing a column of lift pipes, a column of rods, a packer, a liner and a differential pump (see the book "Simultaneous separate operation of multilayer oil fields", R.A. Maksutov, B.E. Dobroskok, Yu.V. Zaitsev, Moscow: Nedra, 1974, p. 89, Fig. 54). This installation produces a separate rise in the production of formations: the bottom - along the string of elevator pipes, the top - along the production casing of the well.
The disadvantages of the installation are: complex design, the impossibility of killing the well for underground repairs, the inability to study formations during operation (determination of bottomhole and reservoir pressures), if it is necessary to remove the pump, it rises with the upper packer, which contributes to its wear and decrease the reliability of the installation, in addition, as a result of the “piston” effect created by the packer during the rise, the product is spilled from the production casing of the well. The location of the suction valve of the upper section of the pump under the packer, and the discharge valve above the packer increases the harmful space of the pump.
The closest in technical essence to the proposed one is a sucker rod pump unit for simultaneous and separate operation of two layers in a well, containing a lift pipe string, a hollow sucker string, a packer and a differentiated pump with a bypass (RU No. 2291952 C1, 01/20/2007) .
The disadvantages of the installation are the design complexity and low working capacity due to the fact that the product is pumped by the weight of the column of hollow rods, which may not be sufficient for high viscosity products and small depths of the well.
The technical problems solved by the proposed installation are to simplify the design and increase the operability of the installation.
These tasks are solved by the proposed pump installation for simultaneous and separate operation of two layers in a well containing a column of elevator pipes, a column of hollow rods, a packer and a differential pump with upper and lower hollow plungers, the suction valve of the upper section of the differential pump installed on the side and the discharge valve in the bypass channel of the upper section in communication with the cavity of the elevator pipes.
What is new is that the upper plunger with the bypass channel made therein is mounted on the hollow rod using the latter with the possibility of fluid flow and limited axial movement, the bypass channel being provided with a discharge valve seat from below and the hollow rod with a shut-off element located on the outer surface, and a pusher interacting from above with the plunger.
Figure 1 shows the installation with a bypass channel in the upper plunger. Figure 2 shows the installation with a separate upper plunger.
The installation (see figure 1) contains a column of elevator pipes 1 connected to a stepped cylinder 2 of the differential pump, inside of which there is a lower plunger 3 with a valve 4 and an upper plunger 5 with a bypass channel 6 and a valve 7, rigidly mounted on a hollow rod 8 s cavity 9.
The cylinder 2 contains two inlet valves - the lower 10 and the upper 11, made in the form of a side, and is connected by a shank 12 with a packer 13 installed in the production casing 14 between the reservoirs 15 and 16.
In the installation with a movable upper plunger 5 (see Fig. 2), the latter is made with an axial bypass channel 17, in which a valve seat 18 is mounted from below, and a valve body 19 and a pusher 20 interacting from above with the upper plunger 5 are placed on the hollow rod 8 Plungers 3 and 5 and cylinder 2 form the upper 21 and lower 22 sub-plunger zones.
The installation (Fig. 1) works as follows.
When the column of hollow rods 8 moves upward, plungers 3 and 5 move with it. In the subplunger zones 21 and 22, a vacuum is formed, and through them, the production of the lower layer 15 comes from under the packer 13 on the production string 14, and through the valve 11 - products of the upper reservoir 16.
When the plungers 3 and 5 go down under the weight of the rod string 8, the products of the layers 15 and 16 are displaced, respectively, from the upper subplunger cavity 21 through the discharge valve 7 and the bypass channel 6 into the cavity of the lift pipes 1, and from the lower subplunger zone 22 through the discharge valve 4 the lower plunger 3 into the cavity 9 of the hollow rods 8. Next, the products of the layers 15 and 16 enter two collection systems (not shown) or, if permissible, are mixed into one collection system (not shown).
Installation with a movable upper plunger 5 (figure 2) works as follows.
When the column of hollow rods 8 moves upward, the upper plunger 5 is pressed by the valve seat 18 against the locking member of the valve 19, i.e. valve 19 is closed, at the lower plunger 3, the discharge valve 4 is also closed.
The products of the seams 15 and 16 are sucked into the sub-plunger zones 21 and 22, respectively, and the upper plunger 5 simultaneously raises the products of the upper layer 15.
During the downward stroke, the upper plunger 5 moves upward as far as the stop in the pusher 20, the seat 18 moves away from the locking member 19, i.e. the valve 19 is forced open and passes through itself the products of the upper formation 15 with the suction valve 11 closed. And the lower plunger 3 displaces through the column of hollow rods 8 the products of the lower formation 16 with the suction valve closed 10. The productivity of the upper plunger 5 is proportional to the difference in cross-sectional area of the plungers 5 and 3.
As can be seen from the description of the work, the upper plunger 5 raises the corresponding product during the upward stroke, and the lower 3 displaces the weight of the column of hollow rods 8, i.e. the weight of the rod string 8 does not displace all of the well products. This reduces the likelihood of the hang of the column of hollow rods 8. By changing the distance between the pusher 20 and the locking element of the valve 19, you can adjust the stroke of the plunger 5. The greater the distance between them, the smaller the stroke of the plunger 5. The valve seat 18 on the upper plunger 5 can be made directly on the body of this plunger 5 in the manufacture of the latter. The locking element of the valve 19 on the hollow rod 8 can also be made together with this rod 8 and have a conical, spherical or any other shape.
Thus, the present invention allows to simplify the design of the installation, to increase its performance, especially with highly viscous production of formations, and also allows you to adjust the installation according to debit formations. In addition, when the upper plunger is moving relatively relatively hollow, the opening of its valve is forced, and if the opening of the valve at the lower plunger, as in the prototype, is forced, the installation will also work reliably when gas enters the cylinder.

A pump installation for simultaneous and separate operation of two layers in a well, comprising a column of elevator pipes, a column of hollow rods, a packer and a differential pump with upper and lower hollow plungers, the suction valve of the upper section of the differential pump installed on the side and the discharge valve in the bypass channel of the upper section communicating with the cavity of the lift pipes, characterized in that the upper plunger, with a bypass channel made therein, is mounted on the hollow rod using the latter with the possibility of fluid overflow and limited axial displacement, wherein a bypass channel is provided below the discharge valve seat, a hollow rod - a locking body disposed on its outer surface, and a pusher cooperating with the top plunger.
