Термошумоизолирующая неснимаемая опалубка для изготовления бетонных стен, содержащий первую и вторую панели, выполненные из пеноматериала высокой плотности, каждая из которых имеет внутреннюю и внешнюю поверхности, верхнюю и нижнюю поверхности, а также по две торцевые поверхности, причем панели расположены параллельно одна другой и обращены друг к другу внутренними поверхностями, и по крайней мере две связи, проходящие между панелями и через панели и заформованные в указанные панели, при этом в тело панели заформованы кронштейны, выполненные из пластмассы высокой плотности, имеющие с внешней стороны панели прямоугольные пластины, а на внутренней стороне панели кронштейны имеют два элемента замка, совмещенные между собой в вертикальной плоскости, соединенные перемычками, которые удерживают эти панели, причем перемычки выполнены с возможностью изменения их длины, таким образом, что позволяют изменять ширину бетонной основы, при этом перемычки с кронштейнами соединены замком типа «ласточкин хвоста, и имеют пазы для укладки арматуры усиленные по меньшей мере одним ребром жесткости, а верхняя и нижняя панели в совокупности образуют крестообразный замок для плотного соединения блоков опалубки в верхней плоскости, при этом панель опалубки выполнена в виде внешней облицовки стены.
