Billets are made from steel containing, wt.%: C 0.07-0.12, Si 0.16-0.35, Mn 1.25-1.75, Al 0.02-0.05, Ti 0.010- 0.035, Mo 0.15-0.30, S no more than 0.006, P no more than 0.012, N no more than 0.009, Cr+Ni+Cu 0.35-0.7, V+Nb 0.05-0.16, Fe and inevitable impurities. The crack resistance coefficient for welding Pcm is 0.23% or less, while austenitization of continuously cast billets is carried out in the temperature range of 1180-1250°C, rough rolling begins at a temperature of at least 950°C and is carried out with a relative reduction per pass of at least 10% to thickness equal to 2-3.5 times the thickness of the finished sheet, finishing rolling begins at a temperature of 750-800°C and ends at a temperature of 750-820°C to obtain sheets with a thickness of 16 to 70 mm, then cooling of sheets with a thickness of 16 to 40 is carried out mm or accelerated cooling of sheets with a thickness of more than 40 to 70 mm followed by heat treatment [Patent RU No. 2737690, B21B1/38, C21D8/02, C22C38/58, C22C38/50, 2020].
The disadvantage of this method is excessive alloying of rolled products, which is irrelevant to ensure the required level of mechanical properties (strength class 345), as well as a decrease in mill productivity to ensure the required temperature at the end of finishing rolling.
В варианте реализации способа слябы нагревают до температуры 1000-1160°С, прокатку в черновых и чистовых проходах ведут с суммарным относительным обжатием 60-97%, а охлаждение водой начинают после паузы продолжительностью 5-80с [Патент RU № 2414516, C21D8/02, 2011].The closest in technical essence to the claimed technical solution is a method for producing thick sheet steel, according to which slabs are heated, rolled in rough passes into rolled products of intermediate thickness, rolled in finishing passes with a total reduction of at least 30% and a regulated temperature at the end of rolling, and subsequent cooling of the sheets, in this case, the slabs are heated to a temperature not higher than 1200°C, the end-of-rolling temperature is maintained in the range of 620-820°C, and after finishing passes are completed, the sheets are cooled with water at a rate of 5-30°C/s to a temperature of 300-600°C. In an embodiment of the method, the slabs are heated to a temperature of 1000-1160°C, rolling in roughing and finishing passes is carried out with a total relative reduction of 60-97%, and cooling with water begins after a pause lasting 5-80 s [Patent RU No. 2414516, C21D8/02, 2011].
The disadvantage of this method is the low values of impact strength of rolled products, even on samples with a U-shaped notch.
The objective of the invention is to obtain hot-rolled sheets with guaranteed mechanical properties, in particular impact strength with a V-shaped concentrator, satisfactory flatness while reducing the cost of their production.
Hot rolled sheets according to the claimed invention must be characterized by the following indicators:
2.- the mechanical properties of the strips according to the declared method must satisfy the following parameters: σt≥345MPa, σb≥510MPa, relative elongation of at least 21%, impact strength KSM-40 of at least 34 J/cm 2 .
- плоскостность проката, определенная согласно ГОСТ 19903-2015, не более 8 мм на 1 метр.- flatness of rolled products, determined in accordance with GOST 19903-2015, no more than 8 mm per 1 meter.
Решение указанной задачи достигается тем, что в способе получения горячекатаных листов из низколегированной стали, включающем нагрев непрерывнолитых заготовок для аустенизации, черновую прокатку, чистовую прокатку, охлаждение листов, согласно изобретению, непрерывнолитые заготовки выполняют из низколегированной стали, содержащей компоненты при следующем соотношении, мас.%:The solution to this problem is achieved by the fact that in the method of producing hot-rolled sheets from low-alloy steel, including heating continuously cast billets for austenitization, rough rolling, finishing rolling, cooling of sheets, according to the invention, continuously cast billets are made of low-alloy steel containing components in the following ratio, wt. %:
при этом углеродный эквивалент стали Сэ ≤ 0,43 %, нагрев непрерывнолитых заготовок для аустенизации осуществляют при температуре 1150 – 1250 ºС, чистовую прокатку начинают при температуре Аr3+(70÷170) ºС и завершают при температуре Аr3+(10÷50) ºС, далее проводят охлаждение листов со скоростью 3 - 15 ºС/сек до температуры 600 – 750 ºС, после чего осуществляют их охлаждение на воздухе, при этом углеродный эквивалент Cэ рассчитывают по следующей формуле:in this case, the carbon equivalent of steel is C e ≤ 0.43%, heating of continuously cast billets for austenitization is carried out at a temperature of 1150 - 1250 ºС, finishing rolling begins at a temperature of Ar3+(70÷170) ºС and is completed at a temperature of Ar3+(10÷50) ºС, Then the sheets are cooled at a rate of 3 - 15 ºС/sec to a temperature of 600 - 750 ºС, after which they are cooled in air, while the carbon equivalent C e is calculated using the following formula:
Сэ = С + Mn/6 + Si/24 + Cr/5 + Ni/40 + Cu/13 + V/14 + P/2,Se = C + Mn/6 + Si/24 + Cr/5 + Ni/40 + Cu/13 + V/14 + P/2,
где C, Mn, Si, Cr, Ni, Cu, V, P – содержания соответствующих компонентов, мас.%.where C, Mn, Si, Cr, Ni, Cu, V, P are the contents of the corresponding components, wt.%.
90 %.The total degree of compression of continuously cast billets is at least 90%.
The intermediate thickness of the rolled material obtained before finishing rolling is 2.0 – 4.0 times the thickness of the finished sheet.
The finishing stage of rolling is carried out in 5–8 passes.
The sheets are cooled in air to a temperature of no more than 150 ºС.
After cooling the sheets in air, they are straightened in no more than two passes.
The essence of the invention.
Carbon content in the range of 0.08-0.13% in combination with the target microstructure of rolled products provides the required level of strength properties at high temperatures, while simultaneously ensuring high viscosity and cold resistance down to minus 40°C. Carbon content less than 0.08% does not allow achieving the required level
прочности, а при содержании более 0,13% ухудшает пластические и вязкостные характеристики стали.strength, and with a content of more than 0.13% it worsens the plastic and toughness characteristics of steel.
When the silicon content is less than 0.5%, the strength of the steel is insufficient, and it becomes necessary to use more expensive alloying. An increase in silicon content of more than 0.9% leads to an increase in the number of silicate non-metallic inclusions, which negatively affects the mechanical properties of steel (hot-rolled sheets).
Alloying steel with manganese in the range of 1.30-1.70% allows for optimal microstructure and the required level of mechanical characteristics of steel. With a manganese content of less than 1.30%, the strength and toughness of steel at subzero temperatures decreases. A manganese content of more than 1.70% excessively strengthens the steel and impairs its ductility.
The aluminum content in the declared range is necessary to minimize the risk of the formation of a large number of aluminate inclusions. Aluminum deoxidizes steel and grinds grain. When the aluminum content is less than 0.01%, its influence is small, and the viscosity properties of steel deteriorate. An increase in aluminum content of more than 0.08% leads to an increase in the number of non-metallic inclusions in steel and a decrease in strength characteristics. At the same time, the impact toughness of the steel decreases due to the additional precipitation of aluminum nitrides at the grain boundaries.
The content of titanium, niobium, vanadium and molybdenum should be no more than 0.05% each, since at higher contents, the microstructure of rolled metal changes, the effect of excessive hardening occurs, which worsens its ductility, and the cost of steel production also increases.
The content of chromium, nickel and copper is limited to no more than 0.10% each, as this is an acceptable content that does not reduce the ductility of the steel. Also, increasing these ranges is not economically feasible.
To increase the purity of steel in terms of harmful impurities, the content of sulfur, phosphorus and nitrogen is also strictly regulated. The steel of the proposed composition contains in the form of impurities no more than 0.010% sulfur and nitrogen, no more than 0.020% phosphorus. At the stated maximum concentrations, these elements do not have a noticeable negative effect on the mechanical properties of hot-rolled sheets, while their removal from the melt significantly increases production costs and complicates the technological process.
When the content of harmful impurities of arsenic and tin increases by more than 0.010%, the visco-plastic characteristics of rolled products decrease.
Calcium content is allowed up to 0.005% as a sulfur modifier. The introduction of calcium above the specified value leads to the formation of an increased amount of calcium aluminates.
Boron affects the hardenability of rolled steel; when its content is more than 0.008%, an abrupt change in the microstructure can occur, which reduces the strength properties of steel.
For the proposed chemical composition, the carbon equivalent value is limited to no more than 0.43%, which ensures the weldability of the finished sheets.
Carbon equivalent is calculated using the following formula:
Сэ = С+Mn/6+Si/24+Cr/5+Ni/40+Cu/13+V/14+P/2C e = C+Mn/6+Si/24+Cr/5+Ni/40+Cu/13+V/14+P/2
Heating continuously cast billets before rolling in the temperature range 1150 - 1250°C makes it possible to obtain a homogenized austenitic structure of the initial billet, increasing the ductility and deformability of steel.
During rough rolling, the cast structure of the original continuously cast billet is homogenized due to dynamic recrystallization and subsequent static recrystallization while holding the intermediate billet (roll) at the cooling thickness.
To ensure satisfactory development of the sheet structure in terms of thickness, taking into account the high temperature at the end of rolling, it is necessary to ensure that the thickness of the intermediate cooling is at least 2-4 times the thickness of the finished sheet.
During finishing rolling, starting in the temperature range Ar3+(70÷170) ºС, grain refinement is achieved, including due to the inhibition of recrystallization. The beginning of finishing rolling at temperatures below Ar3+70 ºС leads to the formation of a large amount of ferrite in the structure, which leads to a decrease in strength, and the beginning of finishing rolling at temperatures above Ar3+170 ºС leads to grain coarsening, which negatively affects the impact strength of rolled products.
The Ar3 value is calculated using the formula:
Ar3=912,2-284,8*С+83,9*Si-81*Mn-185,9*Nb+25,6*V-9,1*N-56,7*Ni-35,8*Cu-15,7*СrAr3=912.2-284.8*C+83.9*Si-81*Mn-185.9*Nb+25.6*V-9.1*N-56.7*Ni-35.8* Cu-15.7*Cr
The temperature at the end of finishing rolling below Ar3+10 ºС leads to an increase in the proportion of deformed ferrite and, as a consequence, to a decrease in the ductility of rolled metal. At the completion temperature of finishing rolling above Ar3+50 ºС, ferrite grains increase, which reduces the yield strength of steel.
The total degree of compression and the number of passes in the finishing stage of rolling determine the degree of development of the structure. When the total compression is less than 90% and the number of passes is more than 8, the stability of production and the level of impact toughness of steel decreases. When the number of passes is less than 5, the energy and power parameters of rolling increase significantly.
Accelerated cooling of sheets after rolling in a controlled cooling installation to a temperature of 600 - 750 ºС at a rate of 3 - 15 ºС/sec allows you to fix the resulting fine grain and obtain a fine ferrite-pearlite structure for rolling. At temperatures below 600 ºС, the level of internal stresses in the sheets increases, which leads to a decrease in the flatness yield; at temperatures above 750 ºС, the required level of mechanical properties of rolled products is not achieved.
Also, accelerated cooling of sheets at a rate of 3 - 15 ºС/sec is optimal for a given chemical composition, which makes it possible to ensure the required mechanical properties of rolled products.
The sheets are cooled in air to a temperature of no more than 150 ºС, after which the rolled metal is straightened in 1-2 passes in a sheet straightening machine. When the cooling temperature in air reaches more than 150 ºС, repeated warping of the sheets will be observed after straightening. The number of passes more than two leads to the accumulation of internal stresses during cold straightening, which negatively affects the mechanical properties.
