The objective of the invention is to improve the method of obtaining a coating on the inner surface of hollow parts by electric explosion of a conductor, which makes it possible to increase the physical and mechanical properties of the coated part.
The technical result of the invention is to increase the adhesive strength between the coating and the inner surface of the hollow part.
The technical result is achieved by the fact that the method of obtaining a coating on the inner surface of a hollow part using an electric explosion of a conductor, including carrying out an electric explosion of a conductor with the application of products of an electric explosion of a conductor in the form of a layer of the resulting coating on the inner surface of the hollow part, while before applying the layer of the resulting coating, ultrasonic treatment of the inner surface of a hollow part with a waveguide tip through an abrasive suspension containing abrasive particles with a hardness of at least 1 unit higher on the Mohs scale than the hardness of the material of the inner surface of the hollow part being processed, at a vibration frequency of 25-26 kHz, vibration amplitude of 20-60 μm and linear speed of movement of the waveguide tip 0.5⋅10 -3 -1⋅10 -3 m/min, followed by degreasing and etching of the treated surface of the hollow part, and after applying a layer of the resulting coating through the above-mentioned electrical explosion of the conductor, subsequent ultrasonic treatment with a strengthening agent is carried out an element in the form of a waveguide tip that deforms the surface of the said applied layer at a clamping force of 600-800 N, an oscillation frequency of 25-26 kHz, an oscillation amplitude of 10-20 μm and a linear speed of movement of 0.5⋅10 -3 -1⋅10 -3 m /min.
One of the important criteria obtained on the surface of coating products is adhesion and cohesion, the value of which is reflected in the physical and mechanical characteristics of the resulting coated product. The situation is similar for the formation of a layered type of composite coating. In this case, in addition to adhesion between the coating and the inner surface of the hollow part, interlayer adhesion also affects the physical and mechanical characteristics.
The difficulty of coating the inner surface of a small-diameter hollow part limits the application of most existing coating methods. Under these conditions, the most optimal method of coating is by electrical explosion of a conductor. However, in most cases, the resulting adhesion does not meet the requirements of modern operating conditions, which limits the possible scope of application of this method for the formation of coatings on the inner surface of a hollow part.
In this case, adhesion consists of chemical adhesion, ensured by the interaction of particles of coating materials and the inner surface of the hollow part through mutual penetration, the formation of a common crystal lattice and the formation of chemical bonds, and mechanical adhesion, ensured by the adhesion of sprayed particles with the relief surface of parts obtained on the surface of the part after various types of processing. Thus, the complex of technological operations carried out to treat the inner surface of a hollow part before and after spraying makes it possible to collectively increase both the chemical and mechanical components of adhesion.
Due to the characteristics of small-diameter holes, most existing methods for processing the internal surface before spraying do not allow this type of processing, and those that do do not provide the required roughness and type of relief of the internal surface of a hollow part before spraying. Thus, the formation of a relief using the technology of ultrasonic processing of the surface of a hollow part with a waveguide tip through an abrasive suspension containing abrasive particles with a hardness of at least 1 unit higher on the Mohs scale than the hardness of the surface material of the processed hollow part, at an oscillation frequency of 25-26 kHz, amplitude 20-60 µm, linear speed of movement of the waveguide tip 0.5·10 -3 -1·10 -3 m/min. makes it possible to provide surface roughness and relief, ensuring an increase in the mechanical component of adhesion, since the resulting surface has a large contact reaction area and is similar to the surface after shot blasting. This type of treatment also helps to increase the chemical component, since intense surface deformation occurs, during which hardening of the surface occurs, resulting in an increase in the density of dislocations and vacant sites in the surface layer, which can be occupied by atoms of the sprayed coating as a result of diffusion into the body of the part. Also, as a result of intense deformation during ultrasonic treatment, mechanical activation of the surface occurs, as a result of which the reactivity of the surface layer increases, and also as a result of the transfer of energy, the atoms go into an excited state, which together ensures the possible diffusion of atoms of the surface layer of the material into the coating, as well as an increase in intensity formation of a chemical bond. Thus, preliminary ultrasonic treatment of the surface of a hollow part with a waveguide tip through an abrasive suspension makes it possible to increase the adhesion of the formed coating to the inner surface of the hollow part.
Degreasing and etching ensure the removal of fats and oxide film from the surface on which the spraying occurs, and also makes it possible to remove insoluble impurities from the surface in the intergranular space, ensuring the completeness and density of the coupling of the sprayed particles with the grains of the inner surface of the hollow part during enveloping, which ensures increased adhesion, increasing the reaction surface area.
After applying the layer of the coating being formed from the explosion of the conductor, ultrasonic treatment is carried out with a strengthening element in the form of a waveguide tip, which deforms the surface of the coating with a clamping force of the strengthening element during ultrasonic treatment of 600-800 N, vibration frequency 25-26 kHz, amplitude 10-20 μm, linear the speed of movement of the waveguide tip is 0.5·10 -3 -1·10 -3 m/min. As a result of such intense deformation of the thin layer obtained after the electrical explosion of the coating conductor, conditions are created for mutual diffusion mass transfer of atoms of the applied coating and the inner surface of the hollow part, accompanied by the occupation of vacancies and linear defects, and the interpenetration of atoms deep into the material. At the same time, the atoms of the coating, as a result of the energy impact during ultrasonic treatment, also pass into an excited state, which increases their activity and intensifies the process of mutual diffusion, which ensures an increase in the chemical component of adhesion, and also ensures the tightness of the coating to the inner surface of the hollow part. Thus, subsequent ultrasonic treatment after applying the layer from the explosion of the conductor allows for a significant increase in the adhesion of the coating to the material of the inner surface of the hollow part.
Thus, the combination of the proposed techniques makes it possible to achieve the desired technical result.

The other three samples, before and after deposition, were subjected to ultrasonic treatment of the surface of the hole with a waveguide tip through an abrasive suspension containing abrasive particles of corundum (Al 2 O 3 ), followed by degreasing and etching of the treated surface of the hollow part, and after applying a layer of coating from the explosion of the conductor, subsequent ultrasonic treatment with a strengthening element in the form of a waveguide tip, which intensively deforms the coating surface with a frequency equal to the vibration frequency of the strengthening element, ensuring intensification of the process of diffusion mass transfer across the coating-inner surface of the hollow part interface. After which these samples were subjected to tests for adhesive strength using the shear method.

Thus, from the above examples it follows that the proposed method of obtaining a coating on the inner surface of hollow parts by electrical explosion of a conductor provides an increase in the physical and mechanical properties of the part by increasing the adhesive strength between the coating and the inner surface of the hollow part by 10-17% in comparison with the analogue and a reduction in the porosity of the coating by 5-15% both in the coating and along the coating-inner surface of the hollow part interface and, as a result, an increase in cohesive strength, that is, the task of creating the invention is fulfilled.
