Abstract
Description
The invention can be used in transport. The efficiency of the electric motor is highly dependent on the deviation from the optimal value of the speed of its rotation. The most economical synchronous motor, despite all its advantages, is not widely used in mechanical engineering because its revolutions are constant and with great difficulty and losses they can be controlled by changing the frequency of the current. However, with frequency control, it is impossible to drastically increase the torque. Various schemes of devices for synchronous electric motors are also known. They are described in the technical literature. For example: Lishchenko A.I. Synchronous motors with automatic excitation control. Kyiv. Publishing house "Tekhnika", 1969, Kopylov I.P. Electrical Machines - 2nd Edition, Revised - Moscow: Higher School; Logos, 2000, Klyuchev V.I. Theory of electric drive. - Moscow: Energoatomizdat 1985. Along with many positive qualities of synchronous electric motors, they have a major drawback that limits their use, this is the inability to change the speed over a wide range.
The objective of the invention is to propose a transmission design for changing the driven shaft of an electric motor, including a synchronous one, over a wide range of speed and torque.
This goal is achieved by the fact that the electric motor is connected to the input of an asymmetric planetary differential. One differential output is connected to the driven shaft, and the second output is connected to the generator stator freely rotating on the motor shaft, the rotor of which is rigidly connected to the motor shaft. The generator stator can also be stopped by a clutch connecting it to the housing. The generator is a double rotation machine. If there is an electrical load in the generator circuit, an Ampere force arises, and it partially blocks the differential by induction. The generator stator, connected to the differential, tends to rotate in the direction opposite to the direction of rotation of the rotor, and the induction force that occurs when the rotor and generator stator slip drags the stator behind the rotor. This partially locks the differential and reduces the transmission of rotation through the elements of the differential, reducing the total gear ratio, which consists of the rotation of the differential with the generator around the axis and the gear ratio of the differential gears. Interacting, these two forces directed in one direction are balanced. When the load on the driven shaft increases, it slows down, the slip in the generator increases, the rotation is transmitted to a greater extent through the elements of the differential, the total gear ratio increases, the rotation speed of the driven shaft decreases, and the output torque increases. With an increase in the current generated by the generator and an increase in the induction force that occurs between the rotor and stator of the generator, the slip between them decreases, the rotation of the differential elements relative to each other decreases, and the movement on the driven shaft is transmitted to a greater extent through the rotation of the differential around the axis, while the total the gear ratio decreases, the speed of rotation of the driven shaft increases. If necessary, further increase the torque on the driven shaft, the clutch connects the generator stator to the housing, and the differential works as a gearbox. The position when the clutch fixes the stator with the housing is also used to operate the generator as an additional electric motor, as well as to start the traction synchronous electric motor. The current generated by the generator is returned to the network if this vehicle uses external sources for power, and if the vehicle uses autonomous power sources, it is spent on powering its consumers, as well as on the operation of the traction motor of this vehicle.
The invention is illustrated in the drawing.
