Abstract
Description
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and can be used in solving problems related to the impact on reducing endogenous losses of essential elements from the body of animals.
[1].A known method for reducing endogenous losses of cobalt, iodine and zinc from the body of animals, characterized in that the Wistar per os rats once a day are injected with the drug "Lactobifadol" based on lactic acid bacteria Lactobacillus acidophilus LG1-DEP-VGNKI and bifidobacteria Bifidobacterium adolescentis B-1 -DEP-VGNKI at a dosage of 0.3 g/kg of live weight and a mixture of antiquorum substances of Quercus cortex extract in an amount of 500 ml for 4 weeks of the experiment per head on an empty stomach, while the mixture of antiquorum substances contains active components per 1 ml of water: vanillin - 0.053 mg, propylresorcinol - 0.138 mg, coniferyl alcohol - 0.45 mg, coumarin - 0.048 mg, scopoletin - 0.03 mg and antiarol - 0.179 mg [1].
The disadvantage of this method is that it is aimed only at reducing the endogenous losses of cobalt, iodine and zinc, and also uses a Quercus cortex extract that is complex in composition and method of obtaining, which in turn negatively affects the intestinal microflora.
The purpose of the present invention is to develop a method for reducing endogenous losses of essential elements from the body of broiler chickens.
Experimental studies on poultry were carried out under the conditions of the Federal Scientific Center of the BST RAS on broiler chickens of the Arbor Acres cross-country of OAO Orenburg Poultry Farm. To assess the effect of ultradispersed copper particles on the metabolism in the body of animals on a semi-synthetic diet, 60 week-old Arbor Acres broiler chickens were selected, which were divided into 2 groups (n = 30) by the analog pair method. During the experiment, all the birds were in the same conditions of keeping and feeding. The microclimate in the room met the requirements of VNITIP [2]. The duration of the experiment was 28 days. To solve the tasks, we used a semi-synthetic diet recommended by Scott (1969) - control (table 1). The experimental group received a semi-synthetic diet with the addition of ultrafine particles (UFP) of copper (Cu) at a dosage of 2.5 mg/kg of feed. Drinking chickens with distilled water without restrictions.
Рентгенофазовый анализ выполнен на диафрактометре ДРОН-7.Modified UFP Cu (Institute for Energy Problems of Chemical Physics, Russian Academy of Sciences, Moscow) were used as sources of microelements in experimental studies. Material science certification of preparations included: scanning electron and transmission microscopy on devices - JSM 7401F and JEM-2000FX ("JEOL", Japan). X-ray phase analysis was performed on a DRON-7 diffractometer.
In the course of experimental studies, UPCs were prepared by dispersing aqueous mixtures of particles with ultrasound (f - 35 kHz, N - 300 (450) W, A - 10 μm) for 30 minutes, mixing was carried out stepwise.
Содержание птицы и процедуры при выполнении экспериментов соответствовали требованиям инструкций и рекомендациям российского регламента (Приказ МЗ СССР ¹ 755 от 12.08.1977) и «The Guide for Care and Use of Laboratory Animals (National Academy Press, Washington, D.C., 1996)».The maintenance of the birds and the procedures during the experiments complied with the requirements of the instructions and recommendations of the Russian regulations (Order of the Ministry of Health of the USSR No. 755 of 12.08.1977) and "The Guide for Care and Use of Laboratory Animals (National Academy Press, Washington, D.C., 1996)".
Содержание птицы и процедуры при выполнении экспериментов соответствовали требованиям инструкций и рекомендациям Российского регламента (Приказ МЗ СССР 755 от 12.08.1977) и «The Guide for Care and Use of Laboratory Animals (National Academy Press, Washington, D.C., 1996)».The keeping of the birds and the procedures during the experiments complied with the requirements of the instructions and recommendations of the Russian regulations (Order of the Ministry of Health of the USSR 755 of 12.08.1977) and "The Guide for Care and Use of Laboratory Animals (National Academy Press, Washington, D.C., 1996)".
The elemental composition of biosubstrates of broiler chickens was studied using the methods of atomic emission and mass spectrometry with inductively coupled argon plasma. Additional studies were carried out in the laboratory of ANO "Center for Biotic Medicine", Moscow (accreditation certificate GSEN.RU.TsOA.3.11, ROSS RU.0001.513118) (devices ICAP-9000 "Thermo Jarrell Ash, USA, Perkin Elmer Optima 2000 DV, USA ").
2.The composition of the semi-synthetic diet is presented in table 2.
3).The analysis of essential elements showed a significant decrease in endogenous losses (Table 3).
The additional inclusion of UHF copper in the experimental group led to a significant increase (p≤0.05) of lithium, 2 times, in comparison with the control group, an increase in chromium in the experimental group by 1.9 times (p≤0.05) and selenium in 2.79 times (p≤0.05) relative to control.
The results obtained indicate a decrease in endogenous losses of lithium, chromium and selenium from the body of animals based on the use of UHF copper in poultry, which is on a diet deficient in minerals, which is confirmed by the possibility of intensifying biochemical processes. The use of the invention will increase the level of lithium, chromium and selenium in the bird's body.
