SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular, to agricultural multifunctional implements for planting and processing seeds. The invention pertains to a multifunctional tank for pesticides, seeds, and fertilisers, consisting of an external tank (1) with double walls (11) with a hollow space between said walls (11) around an internal tank (2). Said external tank (1) is provided with at least one upper loading neck (12) for liquid products subject to storing and spraying through pulverisers of an agricultural machine or equipment, as well as at least one outlet nozzle (13) in the lower part of the external tank (1) for output of liquid products subject to storing in the external container (1), the internal tank (2) is defined by the walls of the external tank (1), forming an inner space (21) for storing products subject to distribution in bulk and/or sowing by a distributor of an agricultural machine or equipment.

EFFECT: proposed multifunctional tank for pesticides, seeds, and fertilisers allows for execution of such functions as spraying and/or dispersion, and/or sowing and/or distribution of pesticides, seeds, and fertilisers, has a simplified and reduced structure with a lower load on the agricultural machine, and is suitable for application on small farming enterprises.

FIELD OF TECHNOLOGY

[001] This invention relates generally to the technological sector of machinery and agricultural implements and, in particular, to a multifunctional reservoir for pesticides, seeds and fertilizers, and aims to perform with the help of this equipment two and / or three differentiated functions: spraying, distribution and / or sowing.

[002] In fact, the present invention poses the problem of creating a new specially designed multifunctional tank, which in terms of its technical characteristics will take a leading position among the already known equipment or devices in the technological sector of this industry.

PRIOR ART

[003] Based on the current technical state of the technological sector, it is known that the manufacturer currently needs to have two special equipment, one of which performs spraying, and the other - spreading and sowing, and / or one equipment that has two special containers that occupy a significant area on equipment, one of which is intended for spraying with a solution, and the other for distributing the product.

[004] Applicant's patent document BR 2020120302255 is a seeder for planting seeds and distributing fertilizers, which consists of an articulated chassis equipped with distributor rods connected to devices for planting seeds and applying fertilizers, which come from the seed tank and from the fertilizer tank, respectively. ... However, transporting a large number of tanks associated with an articulated chassis requires a lot of space and the use of a large agricultural implement, which is expensive to use.

[005] US Patent 10,064,327 discloses a method and apparatus for minimizing the volume of a liquid container used to supply an agricultural consumable to a furrow during planting, in which a nozzle is installed on 1 row of a seeder to distribute the agricultural product contained in a container in a distribution pattern corresponding to the standard width of the nozzle tip, towards the furrow. Thanks to the patent US 10,064,327 it became possible to reduce the amount of fertilizers and / or pesticides in the liquid state, applied during planting. However, it is still necessary to use at least 2 separate tanks - one for loading seeds and the other for liquid fertilizers and / or pesticides only. Therefore, most of the agricultural machinery should still provide for the placement of 2 tanks. With US Pat. No. 10,064,327, the space problem may not be as severe with a 1-row planter, but with multi-row planters, a lot of space is required to accommodate 2 tanks for each row of multi-row planters. Thus, reducing the space occupied by tanks and, therefore, reducing the mass of the transported cargo is of great interest in this technological area, since the reduction in space and weight allows the use of less powerful machines, thereby reducing the cost of landing. Thus, reducing the space occupied by tanks is a problem that still needs to be solved. That is why the state of the art in this technological sector requires improvements in the characteristics of the equipment and tanks used in order to avoid costs and various inconveniences for farmers / producers.

OBJECTIVES OF THE INVENTION

[006] This invention describes a multifunctional reservoir for pesticides, seeds and fertilizers designed to provide significant economic benefits to producers in general, in addition to a number of other benefits.

[007] The object of the invention is to provide a multifunctional reservoir for pesticides, seeds and fertilizers capable of performing two and / or three functions: spraying, spreading and / or sowing.

[008] In addition, the characteristics of a multifunctional reservoir for pesticides, seeds and fertilizers are provided, which will simplify and reduce the weight of the entire structure, since in this case only one reservoir is required.

[009] The object of the invention is to provide a multifunctional reservoir for pesticides, seeds and fertilizers, which will provide a simpler and more compact system compared to those currently known in this technological sector.

[0010] The object of the invention is to characterize a multifunctional reservoir for pesticides, seeds and fertilizers, which would obviate the need, in some cases, for the farmer / producer to have two or more specialized equipment at his disposal.

Detailed description of the invention

[0017] As follows from the analysis of the accompanying drawings, a multifunctional tank for pesticides, seeds and fertilizers has the following characteristics: consists of a tank that combines an outer tank (1) with double walls (11) with a hollow space between them (11) around the inner tank (2).

[0018] The hollow space available between the double walls (11) is capable of storing a total volume of 500 to 5000 liters, which is distributed over the inner reservoir (2). As best seen from Fig. 3, most of the volume of the outer tank (1) is distributed along the space created by the double side walls (11), and the space between the double walls (11) at the bottom of the outer tank (1) forms a fluid connection channel in the outer tank (1). This leads to the fact that the entire internal volume up to the double walls (11) of the outer tank (1) is combined.

[19] The outer tank (1) has at least one upper loading mouth (12) and at least one lower outlet nozzle (13) located on the lower side of the outer tank (1). The upper loading nozzle (12) can be sealed with a lid (not shown) and is designed to receive a liquid product that will be stored in the space formed between the double walls (11) of the outer tank (1). These liquid products are then sprayed from sprayers of the machine or agricultural equipment on which the inventive tank is installed. Liquid products to be stored in an external tank (1) can be fertilizers, pesticides, as well as any other agricultural liquids used in production.

[20] In turn, the inner tank (2), bounded by the walls of the outer tank (1), forms the inner space (21) of the inner tank (2), capable of storing a total volume of 500 to 5000 liters. The inner tank (2) is intended for storing products that are distributed in bulk and / or scattering along the distribution rod of the agricultural machine or equipment on which the inventive tank is installed. The products to be stored in the inner tank (2) can be seeds and / or fertilizers, as well as any other solids used in agriculture.

[21] The top surface of the inner tank (2) remains open, which allows the inner space (21) to be quickly filled with seeds or solid agricultural products. The open top surface also facilitates access to products stored inside the inner tank (2), making them easy to handle. On the other hand, the underside of the inner tank (2) has at least one hole (22), which is best seen in Fig. 2, which is connected to the distributor rods of the agricultural machine or equipment on which the inventive reservoir is mounted, by means of dispensers commonly used in agricultural machines.

[0022] Although the top surface of the inner reservoir (2) is generally open, it may still have a lid to keep the inner reservoir (2) closed during use. This cap can be attached to the reservoir by any known bonding methods such as pressure, application, insertion, hinge, and so on.

However, the reservoir of the present invention is not limited to this shape and can be designed in any other form compatible with the agricultural machine or equipment on which it will be installed.

[0025] As can be inferred from the analysis of the presented drawings and the proposed technical description, the multifunctional reservoir for pesticides, seeds and fertilizers, which is the subject of this invention, is a technically innovative equipment for spraying, distributing and / or seeding pesticides, fertilizers and seeds with a single reservoir significantly reducing the space required for these tanks.

The invention provides a significant operational and functional improvement of the equipment used, guaranteeing the achievement of all the goals pursued in its development.

[0028] The present invention is a multifunctional reservoir for pesticides, seeds and fertilizers and, as can be seen from the analysis of the accompanying drawings, is a completely innovative product compared to all equipment known at the present stage of development of this technological field.

Claims (12)

1. Multifunctional tank for pesticides, seeds and fertilizers, characterized by the fact that it consists of a tank that combines an external tank (1) with double walls (11) with a hollow space between them (11) around the inner tank (2), while the aforementioned external tank (1) has: at least one upper loading mouth (12) for liquid products stored and sprayed by sprayers of the agricultural machine or equipment on which the tank is installed; at least one outlet nozzle (13) located in the lower part of the external reservoir (1) for discharging liquid products stored in the external reservoir (1); and in which the previously mentioned inner tank (2) is bounded by the walls of the outer tank (1), forming an inner space (21) for storing products to be distributed in bulk and / or scattered along the distributor of the agricultural machine or equipment on which this tank is installed, while on the internal tank contains: open top for feeding and filling with seeds or solid agricultural products; and the underside of the bottom of the inner tank (2) with an opening (22) for connecting to the distributor dispenser of an agricultural machine or equipment on which this tank is installed. 2. A multifunctional reservoir according to claim 1, characterized in that it has an internal volume of an external reservoir (2) connected to said loading mouth (12) and said outlet nozzle (13). 3.
