Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the woodworking industry and can be used in the production of wooden coatings used in construction, furniture parts and consumer goods.
09.10.2006).Known two-layer facing decorative panel, where the front layer is made in the form of a web of woven wood tape, fixed on a flexible or rigid base (patent RU56433U1, IPC E04F13 / 10, app. 12.12.2005, publ. 09.10.2006).
The disadvantages of this panel are reduced hygienic properties (the complexity of cleaning the relief from contamination), fragility and low strength of the face layer, which makes it impossible to use it in conditions of abrasive, shock and static loads. The design of the panel does not provide for an invisible fastening system, which creates difficulties during installation.
16.02.1996).Known facing wood tile, consisting of a lath facing with thread, glued to a base of fiberboard, which is made in the form of transverse plates, displaced relative to each other in a checkerboard pattern (patent RU1661U1, IPC E04F13 / 08, app. 10.05.1994, publ. 16.02.1996).
The disadvantages of this tile are also reduced strength and hygienic properties of the face layer.
The disadvantage of the design of this invention is a prefabricated base, the manufacture and assembly of which increases the labor intensity and energy consumption of the process. At the same time, the shape and dimensions of the base plates do not provide for a gap between the assembly units of the tiles in the assembled state, which creates difficulties during installation and can lead to warping of the coating during operation.
The closest in technical essence and the achieved result to the claimed technical solution is a method of manufacturing wooden coatings in the form of tiles (RF patent 2024709, IPC E04F15 / 16, declared 06/25/1992, publ. 12/15/1994), including grinding the end of the workpiece and filling it edges from the front side, facing and gluing to the finished surface.
The disadvantages of this method are low decorativeness of individual parts with a low-expressive texture, low physical, mechanical and operational properties, including increased moisture absorption of the front surface of the tiles without a protective coating, high labor intensity of installation of individual tiles.
The technical result of the proposed invention is to improve the physical, mechanical, hygienic and operational properties of the face layer of the tiles, as well as their decorativeness by revealing the texture.
The technical result is achieved by applying a combination of firing operations, mechanical removal of burnt and less dense and durable layers of wood, pressing and heat treatment.
In addition, simplicity and ease of installation is achieved due to a solid base, glued with an offset relative to the front layer. An additional advantage of the method is the possibility of using coniferous wood as a raw material for the manufacture of tiles in the form of short lengths.
The claimed method for the manufacture of decorative finishing material is carried out as follows.
Dried blanks of tangential sawing (in the section the angle between the lines of the annual rings and the face is not more than 45 degrees) of coniferous species are sawn into tiles of the required size and shape, taking into account their lateral broadening (up to 8%) in the process of further prepressing. Then small-sized workpieces are fired with a blowtorch or gas torch fire from five sides, excluding the seamy side. Further, burnt and softer wood fibers are removed mechanically, obtaining a relief surface with an enhanced color contrast between the early and late zones of the wood. The height of the resulting relief is 0.3 ÷ 2.0 mm. Then the embossed workpieces are pressed with metal stops by flat plates in a press. The optimum value of wood pressing is 30 ÷ 60% and is determined by the height of the stops. The leveling of the relief by pressing provides hardening of the wood, an increase in the resistance of the decorative surface to impact and static loads, and an increase in the hygienic properties of the finishing material. As the final operation for the manufacture of tiles of the front layer, heat treatment is used, carried out in the temperature range of 150 ÷ 220 ° C for 1 to 12 hours, depending on the thickness of the processed workpieces and the volume of loading of the drying chamber. The purpose of heat treatment is to further reduce the hygroscopicity of wood, to ensure the stability of the shape and dimensions of product parts under operating conditions. Further (see figure 1)
The tiles of the face layer can be made in the shape of a triangle, square, rectangle, parallelogram, other polygons and fixed to a base of a square, rectangular, polygonal or other shape (figure 2). Combined laying schemes are possible - a combination of tiles of different shapes and sizes. The finished finishing material in the form of two-layer panels is mounted on the surface to be finished using glue with additional technological fixation on metal staples or nails.
Figure 1 shows drawings of a decorative finishing material in the form of assembly units of a rectangular and square shape, where 1 is a comb, 2 is a tile, 3 is a base, 4 is a rebate.
Figure 2 shows a sample of a decorative finishing material.
The essence of the method of manufacturing a decorative finishing material from hardened wood is illustrated by the following example.
Example 1... Billets in the form of short lengths from pine sawn timber of tangential sawing with a cross section of 12x40 mm, moisture content of 8 ÷ 12% are sawn into tiles 42 mm long and fired with a blowtorch fire from five sides, excluding the seamy surface. Further, burnt and softer wood fibers are removed with metal and nylon brushes in the direction along the fibers on the face and edges, at the ends - with movements relative to the annual layers with the formation of a "comb" relief. Then the workpieces with relief are placed in a cold press with flat plates and pressed to a thickness of 6 mm (the degree of pressing will be 50%). In the process of pressing on metal stops without the use of a matrix at the specified degree of pressing, lateral broadening of the tiles by 4% is observed. After removing the load, the thickness is partially restored due to the elastic forces. Further, tiles with a leveled relief are thermally treated at a temperature of 180 ° C for 1 hour. The fibreboard base is made with a width of 2 mm less than the width of the face layer to create a gap between the bases of the assembly units of the finishing material during installation. The cooled tiles are matched by color and texture and glued to the base without gaps, positioning them mutually perpendicular to the direction of the fibers of adjacent tiles and shifting the face layer relative to the base to form a 10 mm ridge and fold.
The technical substantiation of the proposed invention lies in the possibility of using short lengths of coniferous wood instead of sawn hardwood by using small parts for the face layer and changing the physical and mechanical properties of wood by the proposed method. As a result, the decorative properties of the finishing material increase, the strength and hardness of the face layer increases, as well as resistance to abrasion, shock and static loads, hygroscopicity decreases, thereby increasing operational properties.
