Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the fields of construction, building materials, physics and chemistry and can be used to repair and eliminate defects in building structures, as well as to create porous polymer composite materials for construction.
In the last decade, in connection with the active development of private construction, porous cellular building materials (aerated concrete, foam concrete) have become widespread, having good thermal insulation and physical and mechanical properties with their relative cheapness and ease of manufacture. At the same time, these materials have a number of disadvantages, such as low strength, hygroscopicity (due to the openness of cell structures), poor frost resistance and a short service life in comparison with traditional building materials (brick, stone, etc.). At the same time, naturally, an urgent task is the development of a cellular building material, devoid of the indicated disadvantages.
Known invention "Epoxy compound" (see patent No. 2012143428 on IPC C08L 63/00 from 10.10.2012) based on epoxy resin.
The closest in technical essence to the claimed invention is the invention "Epoxy potting compound" (see patent No. 2000106223 according to IPC C08L 63/00 dated 03/13/2000), which contains epoxy resin and aluminum hydroxide as the main additive.
In the course of research by the applicant and the authors of the present invention, it was determined that the known inventions do not achieve the required properties.
The technical result of the claimed invention is to obtain an epoxy composition, after curing with a cellular structure, providing high physical and mechanical properties and reduced flammability.
In the process of research by the applicant and the authors, an epoxy compound was developed, after curing, which is a foamed composite with a cellular structure, which has high physical and mechanical, including thermal insulation characteristics, which can be designed for both repair work, including when cracks appear and open in high-strength concrete, foam and aerated concrete, and in the manufacture of materials for construction. In addition, the developed epoxy compound can be used to fill large cavities with their subsequent sealing.
The developed epoxy compound consists mainly of 3 parts: epoxy resin, resin hardener and blowing agent:
1. An epoxy resin in the composition of a curable system can be a liquid resin or a mixture of resins from the following series: epoxy resins based on bisphenol A (epoxydian) or bisphenol F, epoxy resins based on glycidyl esters, halogen-containing or phosphorus-containing, including phosphazene-containing epoxy resins that impart non-flammable properties to the cured composition. Elastomers and thermoplastics (for example, polysulfone) dissolved in epoxy resin can be used as a resin thickener component, which slows down the processes of combining gas bubbles, their release to the surface. Components - thickeners, in addition, contribute to an increase in crack resistance and elasticity of the cured composition.
2. Compounds from the following series can be used as a liquid hardener of the epoxy composition: aliphatic amines, cycloaliphatic amines, arylaliphatic amines.
A mixture of aluminum powder (PAP-1 or PAP-2) and a small amount of water is used as a blowing agent. (The industrial production of aluminum powder involves coating aluminum flakes to prevent caking and oxidation, which blocks the interaction of aluminum with water, and can be easily removed by introducing the flakes into an alkaline medium (amine hardener). an alkalizing agent (sodium hydroxide) is added.
ч.:The technical result is achieved with the following ratios of the used components of the cold curing of the compound intended for the repair and elimination of defects in building structures, as well as for the creation of porous polymer composite materials for construction based on epoxy resin, which includes a mixture of liquid epoxy resin with a liquid hardener and a foaming agent , which is a mixture of aluminum powder and water with the following mass ratio of components, parts by weight:
