Description

The invention relates to agricultural engineering and can be used for stripping standing plants, including the crop part of which is not only collected in an ear, but also located on the plant in the form of a panicle or dispersed throughout the plant in the form of beans.

Known is a single-drum combing adapter from Shelbourne-Reynolds, England, which contains a combing drum with 8 rows of combs (Rural Mechanizer magazine, 2013, No. 8, article "Flogging on the vine: pros and cons", author Zhalnin E.V. ).

The main disadvantage of this adapter is that considerable power is required for stripping the standing plants due to the arrangement of the combs on the drum in rows.

Known header for stripping agricultural crops on the standing, containing a copying body with a guide casing, a drum on which stripping combs with teeth are evenly fixed along the entire perimeter, the lateral edges of which are located in the form of a "dovetail" with a hole at their junction and forming an acute angle at the apex of the tooth, an auger with two-thread spiral belts along the edges and an inclined oval disc in the middle part, with two oval half-discs mounted on it with the ability to move, an inclined chamber with a conveyor with slats and support shoes, and a comb with teeth is installed on the drum from its the middle to the periphery on both sides at an angle to the generatrix of the drum, while the hole at the junctions of the side edges of the comb teeth has sharp edges, which makes it possible to reduce the power consumption for combing. The angle of inclination of the stripper comb with teeth installed on the drum from its middle to the periphery in both directions is equal to or less than half of the acute angle of the tooth top of the comb, and the sidewalls of the guide casing of the copying header body have a narrowing towards the auger. The disadvantage of this device is the low quality of the combing of the beans located behind the stem relative to the movement of the combine when combing legumes, as well as cutting and tearing off the stem with the sharp edges of the hole at the junctions of the lateral edges of the teeth of the next comb while the previous comb is combing the top of the plant and the stem is in taut condition.

The closest in technical essence is a stripping device containing stripping combs having combs rotated in plan for the possibility of stripping the beans located behind the stalk relative to the movement of the stripping header (patent No. 2697320 IPC A01D 41/08).

The disadvantage of this device is that the stripping teeth have a curved shape and in this device it is necessary to produce combs with right and left angle of rotation of the teeth.

The task to be solved by the invention is:

1. With a reduced power consumption for combing, ensure a full stripping of beans, including those behind the stalk relative to the movement of the header

2. Simplify the structure by using the same combing combs.

The technical result is achieved in that the stripping combs are alternately installed on the drum from its middle to the periphery at a positive and negative angle to the generatrix of the drum and have a twisted surface that provides the same angle of inclination between the comb teeth and the drum surface.

The inventive stripping drum for a header for stripping agricultural crops contains a drum 1, on which stripping combs 2 are located at an angle to the drum generatrix.

When the combine is moving, equipped with a combing header, the drum 1, on which the combing combs 2 are evenly fixed along the entire perimeter, comb the stems of plants from the bottom up. The stripping teeth have a bend so that the beans are pulled off by the lateral edges of the stripping teeth and the separation of the stripped stems by the end of the comb groove is excluded.

The economic effect of the invention is achieved by the fact that with a reduced power consumption for combing, a full combing of beans is provided, including those located behind the stalk relative to the movement of the header; the design is simplified by using the same combing combs.

A stripping drum for a header for stripping agricultural crops on the standing, containing a drum on which stripping combs with teeth are evenly fixed along the entire perimeter, characterized in that the stripping combs are alternately installed on the drum from its middle to the periphery at a positive and negative angle to the drum generatrix and have a twisted surface providing the same angle of inclination between the comb teeth and the drum surface.
