The invention relates to convertible pieces of furniture and can be used in the manufacture of multifunctional furniture, easily converted from a piece of furniture for sitting, for example, an armchair into an item with other functions, in particular, a table, a step-ladder, an ironing board.

Known stepladder chair containing movable and fixed parts, including panels, legs, back, lower, middle and upper sidewalls, sidewalls, hinges, steps, the upper step of the movable part is installed in such a way that its geometric center vertically coincides with the geometric center of the area leg supports. The known device has a relatively high consumer properties of the product - increased stability and reduced knocking level of the contacting surfaces.

The disadvantages of the known piece of furniture include its limited functionality, since it has only the functions of a chair and a ladder.

The well-known universal piece of furniture has a simple design, has a wide range of transformations and improved parameters of comfort and operational reliability.

However, it does not have the functions of a stepladder and an ironing board necessary for home conditions.

As a prototype, a chair device is adopted that can be transformed into a table, a bar, and an ironing board with the possibility of installing an ironing board inside the chair base, from which the seat was previously removed. The product is made with the possibility of transition of the board from the back position, i.e. vertical, to a horizontal position for an ironing board and vice versa, while the dimensions of the base are made such that the external dimensions correspond to the usual dimensions of this type of chair, and the upper part of the front side is removed, reinforced by giving the remaining middle part of the front side a double height relative to its width , and the height of the sides is reduced and the depth of the base is slightly increased. On the upper side of the rear vertical parts of the sidewalls of the base, two balls are installed, which are a bearing, and a rod with a screw thread is located perpendicular to the hole of this ball, the axes of the part enter the holes of these balls, and the part, in turn, includes a ball-nut, between with these balls-nuts, the board is installed by means of a bolt passing through the tube of the board frame and entering the nut, while the board rotates on the axis of the parts on bearings, where the board rotates to move from the back position to the ironing board position. The known product has a relatively wide functionality that allows you to reduce the size of the required occupied area, it is more economical than the use of separate items.

However, the design of the known product does not provide for the possibility of its transformation into a simple household item used in everyday life, such as a folding ladder such as a step-ladder.

The technical result of the invention is to expand the functionality of the product by providing the possibility of its transformation into four different functional items required in household use.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that in a product that is transformed into a chair, table, step-ladder and ironing board, containing a base that supports the entire product as a whole and includes two sidewalls with armrests, between which there are two panels, one of which serves as a seat, and the other - the backrest, according to the invention, a panel that performs the function of a seat is rigidly fixed between the sidewalls and is made of two pivotally connected parts with the ability to rotate the movable part by 180 °, a board that performs the function of a step, a panel, is installed under the fixed part of the seat panel and rigidly fixed to the sidewalls. performing the function of the backrest is rigidly fixed to the end of the movable part of the seat panel, while the backrest and the movable part of the seat are additionally fastened with drawers, between which the second board is installed and rigidly fixed, performing the function of the second step, the panel performing the function of the backrest is made in the form of a tabletop consisting of three articulated connections parts interconnected, with the possibility of turning the extreme movable parts by 180 °, while in one of the movable extreme parts of the tabletop on its reverse side there are at least two recesses, in each of which a stand is mounted on a hinge, the free end of which is hingedly connected to the panel , made in the form of an ironing board and equipped with a position lock, the armrests of the sidewalls are mounted on hinges, which ensure their rotation inward of the base, in which they function as tabletop locks.

The hinge joints in the proposed product can be realized, in particular, in the form of piano hinges. Tabletop clamps can be of different design.

The transformable product is used as follows.

In this position, the panel serving as a seat is folded into a working position, in which its hinged parts 3 and 4 are located in the same plane. In this case, the panel performing the function of the back, consisting of three parts 8, 9 and 10, which are hingedly connected to each other, is in a folded state. The middle part 9 of this panel is rigidly fixed to the end of the movable part 4 of the seat panel, and the entire panel is set in a vertical position relative to the seat. Armrests 2 are unfolded and are in working position.

The product in the table position is shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4. Before transforming the product into this position, the armrests 2 by turning them are installed inside the base, in which they perform the function of fixing the tabletop in a horizontal position. When transforming the product into this position, the movable part 4 of the panel, which functions as a seat, is rotated 90 ° and set to a vertical position. In this case, the panel, consisting of three hingedly connected parts 8, 9 and 10 (the middle part 9 of this panel is rigidly fixed to the end of the movable part 4 of the seat panel) goes into a horizontal position and is fixed by means of armrests 2. Next, the folded tabletop is laid out in the working position by turning its extreme moving parts by 180 °.

The article in the ironing board position is shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6. The transformation of the product into this position is carried out in the same way as when transforming the product into the position - table. However, in this case, the tabletop is left in a folded position. In the recesses of one of its extreme movable parts 8 or 10, there are posts 11, the free ends of which are pivotally connected to a panel 12 made in the form of an ironing board. The working position of the ironing board is ensured by lifting it upwards, in which the racks 11 take a vertical position, and the ironing board itself is horizontal, and with the help of a lock (not shown in the drawing), its working position is fixed.

The product installed in the position of a folding ladder (stepladder) is shown in Fig. 7 and FIG. 8. Pre-armrests 2 must be installed in the working position (as is done when transforming the product into a chair). In the position - a folding ladder, the panel that serves as a seat is folded by turning its movable part 4 by 180 °, in which this movable part is set in a horizontal position and rests with its surface on the surface of the stationary part 3, which is rigidly fixed between the sidewalls 1. In this case the panel in this folded state serves as one of the steps of the ladder. The functions of the other two steps are performed by board 5, which is installed under the fixed part 3 of the seat panel and rigidly fixed to the sidewalls 1, and board 7, which is installed and rigidly fixed between the drawers 6, additionally fastening the backrest to the movable part 4 of the seat.

Thus, the proposed multifunctional product can be easily converted into a chair, table, ironing board and stepladder.

It has wider functionality (the ability to convert into four different functional items), while the required area it occupies is minimal than when using separate items.
